Nice big (by Paris standards) room with a LARGE bed! Rare and lucky for Paris. I liked that the mattresses are hard. They are great to sleep on. Very quiet street, excellent soundproofing. Very comfortable with the windows closed. Quiet air conditioning. The hotel itself looks fairly new, has USB outlets, convenient switches, new TVs. Large spacious hall where you can gather (if you come in a big company) or work (downstairs is a computer with printer). Good shower, good water pressure. Large bathroom. Plenty of shelves for all the ladies cosmetics. Normal sized towels. There is a fridge and a tea kettle! There's tea, coffee and even muffins. The glasses are plastic. But you can get glass ones downstairs. Kettles are so rare nowadays, we were very pleased. Saved us with tea during colds. Generally we stayed here for a week and it was a comfortable week. You can walk to the Louvre in about 25 minutes. Not a bad neighbourhood, although I didn't feel comfortable in the evening. But the street directly outside the hotel is quiet and clean. With a few restaurants. BONUS! There is a cool cat living in the house opposite on the top floor.

The people at reception look a bit tired but are friendly. Breakfast is questionable (although the croissants are good!), there is a normal cafe across the road with good omelettes all day. Rooms are fairly new but lack a major cleaning with a steam generator. There is dust behind bedside tables and in corners, tiles and bathroom seams are dirty (I cleaned the first day with wet wipes, so a steam generator is a few minutes work). The wifi didn't work very well in the evening, but tolerable.

Very glad that they gave me a high floor as I had kept the window open for cooler air. Love the bathroom which is heated. Location is excellent - very close to many bars and restaurants, and attractions are within walking distance. Also walking distance to Gare du Nord - which allows me to take a train from the Airport upon arrival and train for departure to other European city. Nice and courteous staff. Great that room has a fridge & water boiler for tea & instant coffee. Wifi was good (speed & latency) for a few of my remote video work conference calls.

I was expecting a bit more for breakfast, as this is Paris, France - food capital of the world; I have been to other less-famous food european cities with similar hotel category whose breakfast are much better and inclusive in the rate. however for the fee charged, it is ok.

Overall a really good stay. The beds were comfortable, the receptionists were very friendly and helpful and its position was great - very close to restaurants etc, and a few minutes' walk to the metro line which made accessing the rest of the city very easy if we weren't keen on walking. Would definitely stay here again

Very minimal, really. Our bedroom looked out onto the street (a lot of rooms don't and are likely much quieter). Great atmosphere from the restaurant opposite but with that and the odd passing scooter or bin lorry it could be quite noisy at night/early morning - nothing ear plugs couldn't easily fix though and I'd still choose to stay here again!

Very well-located for walking to different places; nearby amenities and metro stations. The rooms were functional and clean, and the sound-proofing on the windows was excellent because it is a popular area with lots of people noise in the evening/night time. We also enjoyed the spa facilities - a pleasant surprise for a central Paris hotel: excellent massage chairs and a nice size sauna / steam. Beds and pillows were also comfortable.

The toiletries in the bathroom are basic, and there was a bit of a ‘cleaning product’ type smell lingering in the corridor from time to time. The water pressure in the shower was low/variable.

There was a cooked breakfast on offer but, although we arrived for early breakfast, it was already cold (therefore unappetising). You need to keep the cooked breakfast hot, or refresh it. Poor advice from man at desk that we needed to take a car to Orly on our departure day, because it was a Sunday and public transport would be unreliable/slow. Fortunately we did not take his advice. Metro transport was excellent and direct into airport. Even though we paid a total airport arrival charge of 60 Euros, probably better value than hire of a car. Advice should have been on relative costs, not reliability!

Location, quiet and peaceful area, cleanliness, coziness, helpfulness of the staff. I highly recommend it.

Everything was great, a few small details that the staff quickly took care of. There was a coffee machine in the room, but the cups didn't fit, but as soon as we reported it, they were brought to our room. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom toiletries. It was just a small thing I wanted to let the hotel know about so they could take it into account. Everything else was very, very great.

The hotel is in a good location, near Metro station Grand Boulevards. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area so your options for dinner seem limitless. It ka also quite near Bouillon Chartier which appears to be quite popular with tourists and locals alike. Our room was cleaned and towels were changed everyday. My mom especially liked the coffee machine in the room the free packs of madeleines everyday. Bathroom was a good size and we’re glad that there was no tub since it is generally more difficult to get in and out of the shower if it’s in a bathtub.

There was a weird smell outside our room and it never went away during our entire stay. Other than this there was nothing else worth complaining about.

Great location at walking distance from Opera, Louvre and Paris Nord station. Located in an area with many local shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel has a good breakfast area and selection and it has a nice spa facility The room was comfortable and well equipped: safe, mini-fridge, kettle with complimentary coffee and tea as well as some sweet treats, It has sockets close to the bed, which made phone recharging handy Staff was open and friendly. Recommended

Just the shower area has no cabin, so it is an open space. Not a real issue, just needed to be careful not to splash too much water around

Super location. So many amazing restaurants, cafes and shops to visit within walking distance. Metro very close to access other parts of Paris. Very warm welcome on arrival and check in smooth and simple. Host also offered to get us a taxi for the airport when leaving (but we did decline as taxi would have been twice the price of ordering with the Bolt app). A very comfortable sleep and not noisy despite being quite central location. Room had tea/ coffee facilities and a little biscuit cake thing which we thought was a nice touch. We loved that once we had checked out, we could safely leave our luggage and come back to collect later in the day. Very easy to do and felt happy our luggage was being looked after so we didn’t have to take around when in Paris.

The shower was quite low water pressure so made washing hair quite an effort. I would suggest bringing your own shampoo/ shower gel as the one provided (whilst appreciated) was low quality (which is a shame when everything else was higher quality). One of the light bulbs in the bathroom was also out (not an issue for us as we didn’t need full lighting, but something that could have been checked prior to arrival).

The accommodation was a bit expensive, but considering that other places are expensive during the Olympics, I think it's an acceptable price. I think the advantages of this accommodation are its good location and large bed. The bed was very large and comfortable, and the location is between the Gare du Nord and the major tourist attractions in the city, so it's very convenient to go anywhere. It's also very close to the Grands Boulevards metro station.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was okay, but the cleanliness of the guest room floor was a little bit disappointing. It was also disappointing that all the towels provided in the room were large ones used for taking a shower. It would have been nice to have small towels for drying hands.
