The reception staff were amazing, especially Arief, who was kind and helpful when my bus was cancelled on short notice. He gave me directions and information. I was in 2 different rooms because I stayed an extra night. Both were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

Nothing stood out that I didn't like.

My room smelled Cigarette. I am not sure someone smoked in it or if it was the bedding but it was not nice when you are a non smoker.

We were so happy that we chose Mondial. It’s located on a dead end street, so there is no car noise and yet the bus stops and metro are literally 100m away. It’s small and cosy, we loved the fresh and varied breakfast, as well as friendly and welcoming staff both at reception and at breakfast. The room was small but really cosy, clean and even had a balcony. The bathroom was extremely clean and had a window. We were in the attic room and the roof was slanted, would probably be difficult for very tall people, but we were alright and found it charming having a view over the rooftops. A really pleasant experience!

It would be nice to add a hook for the bath towel close to the shower and a shelf in the shower cabin.

The hotel is located on a small side street and you enter the street through an archway. This creates a buffer from the noise and bustle of the area. There are lots of great food options in the area, as well as covered pedestrian "passages" with shops. You can walk to Mont Marte (~ 1-2 miles). The Metro is easily accessible. Our room, with a second small bed for our daughter was nicely arranged.

The hotel included a free cab ride from the airport but you have to be very careful about timing as our cab arrived when we were still on the plain and they will only wait about 1 hour, so we lost our free cab ride.

I stayed at room NO 501 on the 5'th floor. This room has been renovated recently. Everything was brand new! This room features a beautiful spacious balcony. Hotel is placed on the back road which is actually excellent, as there no noise coming through from a busy street nearby. Location is phenomenal. Metro just a few steps from the Hotel, 20 min walk to Luwr museum, 5 min walk to Lafayette gallery - Definitely worth to see it inside!!! Main street just behind the corner full of different very affordable restaurants. Pita witch chicken for 10 EUR, I didn't like the breakfast at this hotel but the room and location is 10/10

Breakfast - chipped plates, scrambled eggs looks like a soup. Most of the baskets with food were empty, and we had to wait when someone will refill them (with sausages/ baguettes etc). The selection of food was on absolute minimal level.

The family room was large, well lit and beds were comfortable. The toiletries were nice. There was a hair dryer and kettle. The location was really good. Breakfast was a continental breakfast but good and tasty items.

Our room had an adjoining door to another room that made us a bit nervous as there were occupants in it. Staff came and locked the doors from both sides eventually.

The 2 steps down into the Reception area. The lift was busy, so I walked down to breakfast from 4th floor. I managed to not see the 2 steps, missed them and fell into Reception floor! Lovely kitchen staff helped me up n gave me an iced towel and helped me up. I think a handrail would be a good idea for those 2 steps. Very painful and luckily didn't break my arm or leg.

the walls are super thin and you can hear people from other rooms. When someone is walking or talking on the hall it feels like there is no door between you and them.

Excellent location near metro and the bus station so you can go wherever you want and explore beautiful Paris. Small but cosy room, comfortable bed with very good pillows. Heating was excellent 👌 Quite room, with good windows and isolation. Nice and professional staff - many thanks to receptionist from Serbia for warm welcome. Across the hotel is traditional, old and famous restaurant Chartier. You will wait for hour or half an hour to get the table but it is worth it. Delicious, interesting, traditional food e.g. snails... In general very nice experience in magical Paris especially during the Christmas and New Year...

The 24-hour front desk staff are very friendly, and you can store your luggage for free before and after check-in. The breakfast options are relatively few but still good; it's recommended to have meals before 9:30. The hotel is in a good location, close to the metro station, with plenty of restaurants around. I felt quite safe traveling alone. As for the room, though it's not big, it's very comfortable.
