The room was really comfortable, it looks small in the photos but it is really surprisingly big in practice. I had a very quiet room at the back of the hotel. I was a little nervous on arrival and the staff went to great lengths to make me feel comfortable. There is a lot of automation in the checkin / checkout process but there is always someone on reception who can guide you through it or do it for you.

Minor things really - the Chromecast was really unreliable for streaming and would frequently stop to buffer; would have been better to make a HDMI port accessible on the TV. It would also be nice if the brightness settings of the night light mode could be remembered instead of having to set it every night. The in hotel food options are just alright, but there are plenty of restaurants so it's not really needed.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but it is in a very good location for sightseeing, shopping, and even conducting business in Paris.

There wasn’t much to be disappointed about, but during the room cleaning, only some towels were replaced, or the towels weren’t fully changed. However, this could be addressed if requested again, though I didn’t make a separate request.

Fantastic central location close to the Louvre, Forum des halles, Pigalle, Montmarte and plenty of shops and restaurants. Lovely little restaurant in the basement, friendly helpful staff.

Our room was initially on the 3rd floor facing the main street where there were two loud bars, so it was hard to sleep. However the front desk moved us to a different quieter room.

In overall we had a great stay in the hotel. We've always wanted to stay in a CitizenM hotel and for sure we will repeat. Hotel location was great, close to lots of bars and restaurants and also has a supermarket right in front of the hotel. Bed was really comfortable and bedroom lights, tv,etc. can be controlled through the iPad, very convenient. The hotel also has a nice living room and football table you can use for free. One evening, although the kitchen had closed some minutes ago they prepared us some plates from the menu.

There was a bit of dust in the bedroom shelves. The app was showing under food and beverages: service 24/7 and that's not entirely true. They have food available 24/7 (as they have a fridge with some prepared food, but kitchen has an specific schedule. The kitchen schedule on the menu should be available in the app too, to avoid confusions.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Such an amazing team with great charm and charisma at CitizenM Paris Opera. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely nothing. Spot on service. Clean rooms. Loving the iconic lighting system controlled via a tablet. Love the bar/work/chill area. A great team. Unlike the typical Parisien experience I've had.

The restaurant was lovely. It was great to come down in the morning and have a coffee and spend a little time in a pretty room waking up before diving into Paris for the day. We (as Americans– we know we're spoiled) REALLY appreciated the air conditioning. The staff was also so very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

I wish the airflow in the room had been a little better, it seemed like the towels and the shower area never dried out. The room was very small, but well arranged, except for that. I am also one of those people who likes to open a window for a little fresh air at night, but most hotels don't allow that anymore.

Citizen M hotels are wonderful! They are always clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect! We walked to Sacre Cours, the Louvre, Palace gardens, loads of lovely shops including Galleries Lafayette - with the amazing views from the roof terrace. The area felt safe and had lots of lovely places to eat. We arrived at Chatelet les Halles station and it was a 10 minute walk down one straight road down the side of the St Eustache church. It’s definitely worth working it out in Google earth before you go as it was very easy to do. Thank you Citizen M for a fantastic stay!

The view from the bedroom window was of offices so when the people were at work the rooms lacked privacy. At the weekend and I’m the evening we were able to have the blinds open.

We had a reservation at another hotel that was cancelled last minute so we booked here because we needed to be in the 2nd arr. Brand new, super quiet and cold rooms with room darkening blinds. Staff was exceptionally nice (we travel to Paris frequently and have stayed at many different hotels and this staff was the best we’ve ever encountered). On our final day, we had a late flight and one of the girls was not feeling well (out a wee bit too late the night before) and the staff let the two of us sit in the lounge for 6 hours straight while she napped and recovered. Amazing! we will return.

The rooms are definitely small, but you are in Paris…all rooms are small.

Location is extremely perfect! most of the sightseeing you can do by foot , I could do 4-5 hours in the am time then come to hotel to rest 1-2 hours and go for another batch of adventures in the afternoon time Bed, pillow , blackout curtains - amazing So cute messages on the shampoos and soap dispencers Room itself is small, but I guess it’s normal size for Paris ,as for me it’s good for 1 person but might be small for 2 . Overall room has all you need , enough sockets , all controlled by the iPad and it’s very convenient as it’s like smart home system . Staff is friendly and helpful. In restaurant you can have nice snacks and food. Workspaces in the lobby is good too. Service of storing luggage they have and it’s good as I arrived 8 hours earlier so could drop luggage and go sightseeing. Iron room available too Overall I like the hotel a lot

Would be amazing to have kettle in the room as I love to drink tea in the morning . Tea is available but for 3.5 EUR in the lobby.

Brand new Hi Tech hotel. Room fully operated by CitizenM signature iPad. Black out Curtains, lights, AC and TV all operated by a single system. Rooms a very very small though. Compared to price paid would expect to be much bigger. The beds are super comfy and XL, the only downfall we had to enter and exit from bottom of the bed as both sides of the bed are enclosed by walls. Also another annoying feature was using iPad in the middle of the night to turn bathroom lights on and waking my wife up and vice versa. Hotel is better suited to single travellers or young adults just using the room to sleep. I would explain this hotel at best as a glorified pod with an ensuite unfortunately.
