The location was great it is close to a metro station and cool sights to see you are only a 20 minute walk from the louvre! The apartment was clean and well kept with curtains and electric shutters to let in or keep out as much light as you'd like. There was a nice kitchen and also a combination washer and dryer in the unit. The staff was amazing in particular Johan was great to deal with he was very responsive and accommodating. We had an issue with the hot water heater but it was quickly resolved thanks to him. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a good place to stay in Paris.

Our hot water heater broke unfortunately and needed replacing but they allowed us to use another vacant space to shower. They did as much as possible to resolve it for us in a timely manner and had repair men there within two hours of initiating calling.

It had everything we needed, washing machine, drying rack, kitchen, good location too. The staff were amazing, communication was great, Thankyou.

It was really noisy at night, I know this cannot be helped, but we got woken up at all hours of the night because of people in the street. Curtains need to be blockout & the pillows could have been better.

Fantastic location. A walk to so many things with a metro station at the end of the street. The bed was lovely and cosy. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were great. We were in the middle of everything hip and happening in the Marais. Lots of restaurants nearby. You have to try the pastrami at Will's Deli next door to the apartment. It is soooo delicious!

There was renovation work going on in the buildiing so the stairway and entrance were dusty. Having said that, staff were doing their best to keep it clean It was noisy with an office building across the road with a main door that made a big clunk everytime it closed. In the evening it could be a little noisy with people walking down the street until 11pm or so. We figured it was part and parcel of the neighbourhood and took it in our stride but it may not suit everyone

This apartment served us super well. Since it was reasonably priced and in Paris we were expecting it to be much smaller. The building is a little older but the unit is very well maintained and impeccably clean. The bed is comfortable, the shower functional, the kitchen reasonably stocked and it turns out there was a washer drier. With the coded door lock it was easy to check in and out, no physical key to deal with. The apartment is on a street with many food options a few minutes away. One metro line is 5 minutes away, another is 15 minutes away, which made it a good location to get around. And the place was shockingly spacious. I would stay here again!

Some minor maintenance issues, walls a bit dirty, a couple visible holes on the walls.

Very simple process, front desk people are always available to contact, & very convenient to have a kitchen/washing machine to ourselves so we could cook or clean anything we needed to. The location is ideal with all the amazing restaurants, convenient metro stations, many other things to do, & a bodega type of corner store right by the apartments. Also loved not having a key & just using codes to get in.

Slightly smaller than expected but perfectly fine. I also think it would've been helpful to send guests a list of what they will be receiving with the apartment upon arrival (ex. toilet paper, dish soap, towels, etc) but that wasn't really a problem.

The location, near to metro, bars, restaurants. Clean accommodation with everything we needed for a short break. Sofa bed was comfortable.

The five floors of stairs would be hard work for people who are not particularly fit/active.

Great location (10-15 minutes walk to Louvre), easy to access ( metro station less than 5 minutes - opposite "REX"). Very quick in replying or messaging. Good communicating with staff - via WhatsApp (we had a special request for our room and they satisfied us at the very next day of booking, although it was at least two weeks before our arrival). Also their service is very good (there were no slippers in our apartment and they brought us in the next 10 minutes. Perfect for short or long stay, especially for tourists. Very warm, clean and tidy rooms with everything you need, plus comfortable beds. A well-equipped kitchen and a very nice hot bathroom. Definitely we will book again in a future visit to Paris

There is no lift but is something to understand for such an old property.

I come to Paris quite often and I have stayed in several places. Apartment Le Bac is the most convenient and cozy of them all. Ideal location next to metro lines and in a walking distance from major sightseeing areas. Very clean and spacious apartment with the perfect combination of facilities: fully organised kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, toaster, stove, microwave and tableware for any occasion, a lot of space to keep your belongings nicely in wardrobes and on shelves if you stay with two for a long time, iron and ironing board, comfortable bed, useful desk. I asked for the apartment on higher floor with the city view and the team gladly assigned the perfect one for us. Note that there is no elevator as mentioned in the description, so if you have troubles with stairs - choose apartments on lower floors. I personally enjoyed going up the charming wooden staircase. Overall very welcoming reception with a personal touch and only good impressions. Thank you guys. Now it’s my place to stay whenever I’m back to Paris.

Location being 30 minutes walk to Seine, Louvre, Montmartre, convenience stores and brasseries.

The street outside was noisy till very late at night with restaurants and people walking on metal pieces over footpath renovation. Air conditioning would have meant we could close windows to stop noise.

All the things in the appartment were with good functionaliry and quality, good choice of housekeeping items to use kitchen. Comfortable beds, including couch, pillows. Quality shower.

In the first day there was a stench from canalization lingering around in the room. But with the use of amenities it disappeared. Also perhaps hosts did something about it as we informed them.
