This hotel is well located in the centre of Paris, with 2 nearby Metro stations, and a number of eateries in the area. We arrived before the check in time of 2pm and we were able to leave our luggage with reception. The reception team were very helpful. There is someone at reception 24hours, so it is always possible to seek assistance. There is a lift in the building. The room is small, so it is necessary to stand up suitcases to avoid blocking the walkway. The bathroom was narrow, but the shower cubicle was a comfortable size. There was plenty of hot water.

The internet connection was slow (to non existent) in the room, but it somewhat improved in the hallway. I ended up going down to the reception area and using the internet there.

The hotel is conveniently located, clean and comfortable for a short stay. Well connected to major attractions as the Metro stations are close by. Breakfast included which was adequate to start the day.

The room was very tiny and would probably suit a solo traveler or someone seeking a room for one night. Coffee machine in room but no refrigerator or milk provided

The kindness of the staff was great, the room was very clean, as the same the bathroom, that was big enough. The bed very comfortable and the position near the city centre, with a metro stop near the hotel

It was clean tidy and exactly what we expected from the information on Bookings.com. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. The staff are super friendly and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The location is fantastic so close to some of the best food places in Paris and walking distance to most attractions. The Metro is also only a short walk from the hotel.

The elevator is tiny, if you are a plus sized person who doesn’t like stairs then this is probably not the place for you or ask for a ground floor room.

Great location -2 min by foot to the nearest metro station; very comfortable bed; coffee machine in the room with regularly replenished stock of coffee and tea. Sockets near the bed; good conditioner; very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. I will return to this hotel with great pleasure.

Very tiny room , which is normal for Paris. The window was opened onto the internal wall -lack of sun light. The main switch was broken just upon arrival and although I flagged the problem it was not fixed till my departure -so I stayed without “ceiling light”

Location, staff, price. This hotel is very well-situated, close to major metro stations and rue Montorgueil, which is a great area for everyday living. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, laundromats, etc in the nearby area. It is also very close to Les Halles, which is a shopping area with major stores. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained. There have also been recent renovations so the rooms look fresh and good.

The room we had was very small (a double) and the toilet is placed very badly. It is right inside the bathroom door, and on an angle. Taller people would have to sit sideways to be comfortable. The bed is also up against the wall, so one person has to climb over the other, or get in from the end of the bed. This should really be a single room, not a double.

Bigger rooms than Paris standard, there is a tiny elevator so you will not struggle to get your luggage to 3rd or 4th floor. Excellent location, very quiet and very good breakfast comparing to Paris standard :)

there was one lady at the reception, tall with short hair, a bit older than the rest who was not nice to the rest of the staff as we could hear at the breakfast....everyone else, especially cleaning ladies and the ones preparing breakfast absolutely amazing.

It was very close to few metros so it made it easier to travel around. Also we walked almost everywhere. The breakfast was decent, buffet style and the checkin and checkout was very smooth. There was always someone in the reception which was great. There were few reviews that said the room small but we found it okay. Bathroom was little cramped but for few days it was not a problem for us. Also its Paris so we were expecting this.

Maybe, the lift was little cramp but again it wasn’t too much of and issue and again its Paris.

The hotel deserves 6 stars! - Close to metro Sentier and many bus stops. You can easily walk to louvre or Seine in 15 min or so. Area felt safe. - they have a lift which is a rarity in Paris! - staff was wonderful. Everybody was nothing but kind, nice and accommodating. I check in very late (after midnight) but it was no issue, reception is 24/24. They printed some documents for me, stored my luggage after check out. Honestly staff was great and I can’t recommend this hotel enough! - rooms was comfortable and clean. Toiletries provided. Even coffee machine and tea was available!

We chose this as its a very convenient location ... 20 mins walk to most places of interest, but metro 2 mins away for longer travel. On a quiet street, felt safe. Loads of restaurants and bars nearby Walking distance with bags from Gare Du Nord English speaking staff on duty 24hrs .. good communications when booking Good value for money in Paris

Small room, but typical for Paris Breakfast could have been a little better for the price
