Don't be fooled by the tiny elevator, the room and bathroom are pretty large and airy! It was a very comfortable stay with everything you can expect - dryer, decent wifi, decent towels, several outlets, etc. The only thing that would have made it perfect was if they had a mini fridge, but they had water and soda to buy at the front desk.

Some miscommunication around cleaning my room - I didn't want any cleaning done during my stay, but it happened three times even though I told them on two different occasions I didn't want it, and even specified that it wasn't just for that day but for the entire stay. Was frustrated they didn't make a note of it even after the second reminder. Don't know why they didn't have the little signs that tell cleaning staff to not enter.

The room was spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and always available to answer questions and help with directions & suggestions. Location was superb!!! Only steps from the 3 Metro lines that we took everywhere. After coming back from a long day of sightseeing, we had the option of many different restaurants to choose from for dinner that were very near the Hotel. Would highly recommend Hotel.

Nothing -- everything was wonderful

The woman who worked in the morning was a gem. She was kind and helpful. The room was nice, and the beds were comfortable. There was a small fridge. It was a nice location.

We stayed on the sixth floor and the elevator only went to 5, so we had to drag our bags up a spiral staircase. The elevator was a traditional tiny European one, so it took multiple trips for our suitcases. There was no AC and the windows didn’t have screens. We needed to keep them open to keep cool at night, but that mean mosquitos. There was a fan in the room, but that only helped with one of our beds. I wish the shower head went higher, because I’m 6 ft and had to bend down or take it off the holder, which often meant spraying everywhere.

The hotel was very convenient interns of price and location the room size was mentioned in the description so wasn’t surprised and its enough if ur using ut to sleep only. The hotel is very clean all the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay the next time

The wall were thin and i could here everything going outside the room and there is a building under construction right next to the hotel which made it a little bit disturbing

Very nice hotel in a lovely neighbourhood close to everything. Clean, nice size room with partial view to the street. Metro station right outside and many brasseries and cafes everywhere around. They kept the baggage for us on our last day.

Nothing really - if I had to mention something it would probably be the small lift and maybe the noise because of some construction outside in the morning - not the hotel’s fault though. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Clean rooms, welcoming helpful staff, great location with close metro links and walkable to tourist spots (if you don’t mind a decent walk)!

Nothing, suited us perfectly for a base. If you’re looking for up market hotels with restaurants/bars etc this isn’t for you but if you want a clean friendly base that’s excellent value for money this is perfect. The view isn’t great - no view, just a building but I think that’s fairly reflected in the price.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

The building construction site right next to the hotel and our room caused lots of noise from 7 am onwards. There was no iron, smoke alarms and few other things in the room even though the room was marketed to include those in Booking.com. The pillows could have been better althought they were not the worse ones either.

The places was very nice , location was great lot of restaurants , subway stations and more . The brekafast were great . The rooms were clean with nice smell. The personal was really great especially the Lady she helped me a lot , what to do in Paris ,tips and tricks . She was very nice , definetly coming back to the same hotel when ill be in Paris again!

No balcony for my room

The room felt very clean and looked nicer than the pictures. There was a rule that you had to leave your key in the reception every time you left, but the desk was covered 24/7 and the staff was super friendly. The area was also great as there was plenty of restaurants around. I would definitely go back.

There was a 30°C heatwave during our visit and the room got very hot as there was no air conditioning. There was a fan which helped a bit.

The hotel is very well located, close to two metro stations and walking distance to major tourist places like the Louvre, Pompidou and Palais Garnier. Also, the staff was very friendly and communicative both in French and English.

The room is quite small, the desk was very hard to work on a laptop. Also, the shower was very, very small, making it hard to have a shower without closing the water by accident.
