There was no blind on the window to keep the early morning light out was very irritating , no safe in the apartment -the deposit of €500 when you land and you dont know if you will get it all back

Its near the Train and bus Station. More rooms and toilets spacious.. Near the markets..

The sofa or sofabed its dirty and the trowpillows in the sofa.

The deposit feels a little to high for the quality of the apartment. Really good apartment, clean, and had a good location. You will read a lot of comments that there is a bad smell in the toilet, it’s real, you can smell it when you take a shower. And again I repeat my self, it’s a really good apartment, but when you pay attention to the apartment and they ask you for a big deposit, obviously you will get sceptical. We made a really detailed video of the apartment and you could see that it wasn’t perfect (some light didn’t work, some cabinets were scratched, the legs of the sofa were bended) so we were scared that they will take the deposit for a problem that was there since the beginning (they didn’t do it, they returned all the money).

Everything was ok except the lack of information about the check-in. Not so responsive host but the apartment is nice, also the location.

Great location in a nice and quiet neighborhood! The apartment is conveniently close to two metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. There's also a supermarket nearby, which is very handy. The €500 deposit (-€18 for the city tax) was returned the next day, which was a relief. I would definitely recommend it!

The apartment has some downsides as well. The toilet seat was not secured, and the kitchen was very small with limited kitchenware. Storage was an issue—only one small closet for the entire apartment and none in the bedrooms. Check-in was quite late (16:00), and we had to pay extra (5€ per bag) just to store our luggage.

One of our rooms was good, but the other felt a bit old and cold, which was disappointing. The location, however, was excellent, offering easy access to the metro and making it convenient to get around the city. Overall Good

I had a negative experience with the parking garage. The standard price for parking is €28 per day, but as a guest, you only get a small discount of €3, making it €25 per night. I booked the garage for three days, and when leaving, they tried to charge me an additional €8 for staying 45 minutes past the end time. This felt unreasonable and left a bad impression.

Key collection was super easy everything was included in the emails prior to check in. Also on the morning of check in we received a lovely message from Yael who introduced herself and sent us all the details about checking in too. Location was incredible, we walked everywhere so barely had to use public transport. Metro station was a 2 minute walk if we needed and the Lidl was only 4 minutes away which was ideal. Balcony was lovely too it really gave the Paris feel and at night you could see the Eiffel Tower beacon! TV had Netflix logged into which was great! This is perfect if you want the best location to walk everywhere. We were also 10 minutes away from a restaurant area where we went to an incredible Parisian restaurant called Le petit bouillon pharamond.

I think more pillows could have been provided, also the kitchen is very basic in terms of equipment and quality. Knives were blunt, only 1 medium sized frying pan and pot between 6 people. We made it work but just be aware. Coffee sachets were there but no seasonings like salt or pepper. Lidl was close so wasn’t too bad getting these but would have been handy to have in the apartment already.

It was within the city. Easy accessible with public transport and a paid parking nearby. The apartment was modern with all basic amenities.

The property collected a deposit of Euro 500, and mentioned to issue the refund after checkout. Though it is mentioned that the property releases the deposit after checkout but even about 2 weeks later money has not arrived yet in my account. I hope it arrives in my account soon.

Great location close to so many things. Walking distance from the Notre Dame and other great sights. Good restaurants and cafés nearby. Comfy beds - even the sofa bed was good. Clean rooms, cool balcony with a nice view of Parisian life.

Had a hard time checking in late, but that was my fault for difficulties making local calls with my Canadian cell phone. The building manager noticed us and helped us in right away.

Perfect location, helpful host, clean, 5th floor with windows closed is very quiet, and the AC was a real treat. Very comfortable bed, two sofas that turn into double beds, nice little balcony. Kitchen is well equipped.

A better arrangement of the kitchen so that washing and drying the dishes is more convenient can help.
