The hotel is in a beautiful area of Paris, within walking distance to nearby attractions, shops, and public transport. The street it is in is stunning. The hotel is beautiful. We loved our room. So clean and spacious. The decor is tasteful. The shower is big. The little mini bar was small but had enough space to store some food (just moved the drinks to one side). The room was clean.

We arrived earlier and left our bags at reception. When we came back at 2pm to check in, our room was not ready. So we had to sit and wait in the lobby. We were given a free coffee on the house, which was kind. You can hear the people on the floor above walking around, which is annoying. The street noise is a lot, so if you like to sleep with your windows open it might be too noisy..But if you close the windows and wear ear plugs, you'll be okay. Would be nice to have complimentary coffee or a nespresso machine in the room. Our room was also not serviced even though we had the sign for service on the door and were out the whole day after coming back at 4 pm.

Welcoming and really friendly staff throughout the hotel. Very clean room, relaxing decoration and lighting. Good continental breakfast with delicious pastries. Lively neighbourhood with a choice of restaurants and bars, which I didn’t try but were always busy. The hotel is located super close to the metro, but also easy to walk to central Paris ie only 20min (fast pace) from Notre Dame. Most importantly, I had a much needed break in my favourite city. And the hotel staff even gave me a lovely box of fudge as a present. Final note - don’t leave Paris without a Flan Vanille from BO&MIE around the corner for the return journey!

Excellent location and neighborhood! The accommodation is situated in a lively area with many nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Additionally, two metro stations are easily accessible, providing great connections to the airport and the rest of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and there are grocery stores and a bakery close by, which is a nice bonus. The room was cleaned every day, and the bed was very comfortable. The city center is just a pleasant 25-minute walk away. Overall, the accommodation exceeded our expectations, and I would definitely recommend it.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, the first after the pandemic and the remodel. I've always loved it, but now the rooms are even more beautiful. The hotel is clean, comfortable. This hotel was more than we could have imagined! The hotel lobby is quaint and decorated thoughtfully. Abdel greeted our group warmly and was able to get us up to our rooms quickly. The rooms are immaculate and modern. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are big and provided everything we could need. The windows opened to give us a beautiful breeze as the weather was fantastic during our stay. Abdel made us all feel welcome and put our family all on the same floor which was great! The rest of the staff was just as great as Abdel (I don’t know their names 🙈) but all were lovely and so helpful when we needed anything at all. The location of the hotel was great as well. Located in the 10th, it has shoppes, bars and restaurants within walking distance and it was really easy to get to the train station. We would definitely book here again. We loved it!

We have no complaints. It was a wonderful stay!

Furniture and fittings of good quality, in excellent condition and super clean; very comfy, large bed (real king size and not small-ish French double, one big mattress instead of two singles as it often happens); good sound isolation (we are light sleepers and didn't get woken up by the noise despite the room being next to the lift; some noise from teenagers outside late in the evening but limited and never at night); wooden (or maybe vinyl?..) flooring - no old filthy carpeting like in so many other hotels; a couple of minutes' walk to several metro lines and multiple bus routes, walking distance to Opera, Louvre, Marais, etc.

Came to Paris on our honeymoon and we stayed at the Moris Grand Boulevards when we landed and again before we flew back home. The room is on the smaller side, however that is typical since you’re so close to the city center. It’s really close to the metro stop and the staff were amazing. We had forgotten a pair of shoes in the room and they held on to them for 2 weeks until we came back to Paris! The only real drawback is that the walls are thin and it can get quite noisy between doors slamming shut and people talking in the halls or in their rooms.

Great location and very friendly staff! We really enjoyed our stay here. Upon our arrival we were greeted and surprised with a free upgrade as we were celebrating our 4 year anniversary. We’re so grateful for this and truly thank the team at Moris Grand for making our stay so special! The room was lovely and clean. The air conditioning didn’t work but we didn’t mind and just opened the window. Perfect location for metros that arrive every couple of minutes in which you can get connecting metros with just a short walk! Would definitely stay here again! Lovely hotel and staff

The hotel was close to the Metro so you get into central Paris easily. It was close to some nice bars and restaurants. The room was excellent for our trip to the Olympics. Overall, a lovely small hotel with very friendly staff. They allowed us a late checkout so we could shower after watching the games without extra charge. The room was nicely set out with a safe (free), and bathroom was modern and very clean, all kitted out with the usual accessories and hair dryer . There was a kettle and minifridge. The bed was extremely comfy. The room was expensive for a 3 star and quite small; however, it was in high season and Paris Olympics. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location inbetween Gare du Nord and city centre if your are prepared to walk 20 min, but also close to Metro station etc. The hotel seems newly renovated , all rooms are sparsely , but nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Enjoyed the petit dejeuner, which was excellent with plenty of choices of bread, cuts and jams served in a cosy cellar vault. Hotel is located in a beautiful litte side road , which is quiet and has lively restaurants and bars around the corner. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms are relatively small , just like most tourists hotels are these days in Paris . Ok, as you don‘t spend lots of time in your room , but if they ask for € 200. and €26 for breakfast it seems way over the top.
