Great service, super nice staff, good location

Not sure how to close manually door from the inside, because even with button lock on the door, it is still possible to open door from the outside with card

The location was perfect and very convenient very close to main stations. The neighbourhood was safe to walk around nights

Room seemed freshly refurbished so everything was modern and clean, great shower, large TV, very comfortable bed, plenty of wall sockets and USB wall charger. We had a room at the back of the building so it was extremely quiet at night. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, available 24/7. WiFi was great, fast and reliable.

These are all VERY small issues: Due to building refurbishments, after 8am in the mornings there were workers in the building so some noise from courtyard and corridors. No bidet in our room, that would have been very good. TV could have some better English channels, only basic Reuters and CNN channels were available which were the "summary" channels, not even full live ones. Also the built- in screen share feature didnt work. We didnt mind too much as we were out late every day! Also would be good to have a cheaper breakfast option. We just like a coffee, croissant and maybe a fruit. There was only the 1 option, €16. So we ate breakfast at local cafes instead.

staff were excellent - every staff member encountered was both kind+professional. The hotel was clean+v. well airconditioned. room was comfortable with excellent shower. breakfast was good without being amazing, but definitely gave you a decent start to the day. Small hot selection with cereals, breads, pastries, coffee, and other options available.

the hotel feels just on the boundary between the well-heeled areas around les halles and the more rough+ready area of gare du nord. some people will not like the area. for us, it was perfect, however, esp. as we were going to a concert at stade de france which is v. accessible by RER from the hotel. It was also a short 15/20min or so walk to the Seine. So yes, the location wasn't necesssrily a dislike for us but it might be offputting to some.

We were very pleased with the accommodation. The staf was very polite and friendly! We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, and they kindly directed us to a space where we could change and store our luggage. However, shortly afterward, they informed us that our room was ready, allowing us to check in right away. There was always someone at the reception, no matter the time of day, and our room was cleaned daily, including fresh towels. Although the room was a bit small, this is typical for most hotels in Paris. The neighborhood is lively and very safe. Two metro stations are located very close to the hotel, and many key tourist attractions, as well as excellent restaurants, are within walking distance. On the day of our departure, they once again stored our luggage from morning until the afternoon. Before checking out, they even offered us complimentary coffee. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Paris.

I booked this hotel 2 nights before I arrived. Considering Paris’ largest street festival/party was the exact day I came, which is why I went, the price was pretty good! A lot of places were way higher. The location was perfect and easy to get around. Lots of Lime bikes outside. Neighbourhood felt safe. Room was small but it was as described. Large comfy bed. Bathroom was nicely designed. Window was facing an inner patio so there was no light in my room but I didn’t spend more than 2 hours in the room my whole stay (I was out partying all day). Staff were so kind and helpful when I checked in and when leaving to go to the airport when I was struggling to get a taxi.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights for our honeymoon. The staff made us feel really welcome and loved from the moment we checked in till check out. They even set up the room with complimentary wine and roses on the bed which was so sweet!! The room and bathroom was clean, modern and had everything that we needed. We stayed on level 7 which only had our room which was very nice and special! We love how there was someone at the reception at all times of the day. Overall very happy with choosing this hotel for our stay in Paris!

Whilst we loved everything about the property, the location was something that was a bit of an issue as the hotel is about 20-40 mins (drive) away from the main attractions in Paris. However, the metro was super close (5 min walk) which made it easier to get around Paris!

Nice cozy rooms with a modern feeling. Comfortable bedding, cleanliness was really good but also environmental friendly. Picturesque views of Parisian rooftops. The hotel is well located, close to a number of Paris iconic landmarks, neighborhoods, museums and attractions and close to a metro station for the ones that are far away - well connected with the public transport system.

Wi-Fi was not always working and even when it was, it was quite slow. This is something not acceptable for a modern hotel. Additionally the breakfast was not included in the price. Considering these, I would say that it's overpriced, for what it is - a nice cozy hotel, it could cost a little bit less.

The location was good, walking distance from the train station and two metro stations. The area does not look safe when wandering around but we felt safe and had no issues. Lovely staff and very helpful. We were able to leave, at no cost, our bags in their storage for the day we had to leave so we could explore the city more. We had 2 bedrooms for 4 adults, and they were closely located. The rooms were comfy and tidy. Breakfast was available at a cost which we did not have.

The staff were extremely helpful and the room was very clean. It was ideal for a 2-3 day stay. The hotel is central and close to Gare du Nord and Gare d'est. Facilities were good and the staff were happy to help with additional asks.

When we were there there was building work going on which started early. This was unfortunate. The first night we were disturbed by noise from the next room. Not the Hotel's fault but it detracted from the overall enjoyment. The room was quite small but this is normal for Paris.
