Great service, super nice staff, good location

Not sure how to close manually door from the inside, because even with button lock on the door, it is still possible to open door from the outside with card

The location was perfect and very convenient very close to main stations. The neighbourhood was safe to walk around nights

We were very pleased with the accommodation. The staf was very polite and friendly! We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, and they kindly directed us to a space where we could change and store our luggage. However, shortly afterward, they informed us that our room was ready, allowing us to check in right away. There was always someone at the reception, no matter the time of day, and our room was cleaned daily, including fresh towels. Although the room was a bit small, this is typical for most hotels in Paris. The neighborhood is lively and very safe. Two metro stations are located very close to the hotel, and many key tourist attractions, as well as excellent restaurants, are within walking distance. On the day of our departure, they once again stored our luggage from morning until the afternoon. Before checking out, they even offered us complimentary coffee. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Paris.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights for our honeymoon. The staff made us feel really welcome and loved from the moment we checked in till check out. They even set up the room with complimentary wine and roses on the bed which was so sweet!! The room and bathroom was clean, modern and had everything that we needed. We stayed on level 7 which only had our room which was very nice and special! We love how there was someone at the reception at all times of the day. Overall very happy with choosing this hotel for our stay in Paris!

Whilst we loved everything about the property, the location was something that was a bit of an issue as the hotel is about 20-40 mins (drive) away from the main attractions in Paris. However, the metro was super close (5 min walk) which made it easier to get around Paris!

Nice cozy rooms with a modern feeling. Comfortable bedding, cleanliness was really good but also environmental friendly. Picturesque views of Parisian rooftops. The hotel is well located, close to a number of Paris iconic landmarks, neighborhoods, museums and attractions and close to a metro station for the ones that are far away - well connected with the public transport system.

Wi-Fi was not always working and even when it was, it was quite slow. This is something not acceptable for a modern hotel. Additionally the breakfast was not included in the price. Considering these, I would say that it's overpriced, for what it is - a nice cozy hotel, it could cost a little bit less.

The staff were extremely helpful and the room was very clean. It was ideal for a 2-3 day stay. The hotel is central and close to Gare du Nord and Gare d'est. Facilities were good and the staff were happy to help with additional asks.

When we were there there was building work going on which started early. This was unfortunate. The first night we were disturbed by noise from the next room. Not the Hotel's fault but it detracted from the overall enjoyment. The room was quite small but this is normal for Paris.

Nice little hotel in proximity to the train station. The staff was nice. The rooms were clean, yet on the smaller side of things.

They tried to charge the credit card twice beforehand, even though the listing said the room was to be paid for upon arrival. Selecting twin beds didn't work, the beds were still made as a double bed with a single duvet/blanket. Asking to have it changed, they could only do it staring for the second night (maybe due to the late arrival around 7pm, but still...)

I loved the location it was very easy to get to and from places with public transport so close. The bed felt exactly like mine at home so was very comfortable. The heating was great you could set to your preferred temperature.

The only thing that went wrong on the stay was the lift was out of operation 2 out of the 4 days I stayed there, of course the day I checked out was one of those days and given only 1 lift I had to carry my bags down 3 flights of stairs (I was an international traveller there for 5 weeks so had a lot of luggage). That could have been just bad luck. There was nothing else wrong with the place so still recommend!

Comfortable location in regards to metro. Staff were excellent and really pleasant. There were some renovations going on but on our last day we got to see how it turned out and it was pretty. They welcomed us with a bottle of sparkling wine for our birthday which was top notch customer service. They facilitated our needs 100%

Wouldn’t really recommend the neighbourhood, even during the day it could get sketchy. Nevertheless it had nothing to do with the actual hotel facilities.

Very very very friendly staff - thank you for warm welcome and your hospitality. I loved the bed, could rest really well there. And the curtains to keep away the daylight in the morning. I was a bit afraid, what I can expect from the breakfast, but it was really nice selection. Location just 20 min walking from the river and Notre Dame, we could walk to any sightseeing place from the hotel (Eiffel, Luxembourg park, Montmartre etc). Bathroom was clean, no mold, no moisture.

I guess you could hear the neighbors if they happen to be loud, but we were lucky - had good quiet neighbors. One suggestion (not criticism!) - as some rooms (ours f.e) face the stair hall, where people passing by can look into the room, maybe some lighter curtains would be good to have on top of the heavier light-blocking curtains. So during day time you can pull the side-curtains aside but you still would have some curtains, that let in the daylight but prevent other people in the stair hall to look inside the room :) . Didn´t expect a 5* hotel, so I´m happy with the place!
