It's walking distance to the Gare du Nord and de Gare de l'Est. I walked to Sacré Cœur and République too. The tube station Château d' Eau is very close too. The hotel is a traditional 7 story Parisian building. The area is full of life and very cosmopolitan. The hotel is a bit tired, but personally I really like that. It reminded me of my apartment in Lyon in the 90's. This hotel isn't the InterContinental Champs Élysées, but neither are you paying 500 EUR per night. It's cheap so don't set your expectations too high and you'll enjoy it here

The hotel is conveniently located near the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. For example, it took us only 25 minutes to reach the Eiffel Tower by metro, and we were able to walk to the Louvre in just 30 minutes. The room was clean and spacious, though the décor felt a bit old-fashioned. However, considering the overall comfort, location, and affordability, it’s a great option for staying in Paris while enjoying good conditions at a reasonable price.

They don't have a hair dryer in rooms, so if you need it just ask.

Stayed here with my family (including two teenagers). The hotel is an easy mile walk from Ile de la Cite and the Seine. excellent cafes, a large food market (Monoprix), a lovely bakery and an ATM within half a block. We loved that a father and son were at the desk (24h assistance) and helped us with a smile. They allowed us into the room early before the usual check-in after our long overnight flight. Many close-by stands full of inexpensive Vlibe bikes (pedal and e) made access to the Louvre and Eiffel tower and Arc de Triomphe and Montparnasse easy along bike-friendly streets, especially bike-friendly after along the Seine’s promenade. What made this hotel over the top was the location, with many Muslims and Africans in traditional garb, a Muslim dessert shop across the street from the hotel, and an African restaurant two doors down. Highly recommended.

Staff at reception was ever willing to provide assistance whenever required. Though we didn't book the breakfast option, but they allow us use their kitchen facility to heat our foods. Location is also an easy walk to popular metro stations. Please don't expect too much when you book, it appropriately priced based on what bigger hotels charged.

The hotel has no elevator, however we were lucky enough to get a room on the first floor. Though the room was not very big, it has a fridge and a kettle which is awesome for our 6 nights stay. We could easily keep our breakfast in the fridge and make our own hot water and/or coffee. Location is good, close to various subways. It is also close to a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. We were able to find food easily. Highly recommend the fried chicken restaurant, which is 5 meters away from the hotel. 7 euros for 15 hot wings is unbeatable price and the wings taste GREAT! My family literally got them every night during our stay. There was no dryer in the washroom, however I was able to get one from the front desk at no charge. I simply returned it to the front desk when we checked out. The cleaner sometimes did not provide enough towels since we had 3 people. I was able to get extra towels from the front desk easily. The room is definitely not spacious, however it might not be an issue for tourists who spend most of their time outside.

Everything was good. We were checked in faster than the stated time. The staff is great, the reception is open 24/7.

The bed in the double room needs to be replaced! When you lie on it, you roll towards the middle (then your back hurts a lot).Cleaning needs to be done better on all days (out of 4 days, two days were cleaned superficially, the last two were cleaned well)

I recently stayed at this charming hostel in Santa Cruz Island, Galapagos and had a wonderful experience. Despite the place not being luxurious, the manager's extensive international experience shines through in the delicious meals he cooks. The tranquil atmosphere and fresh air added to the overall appeal of the place. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. It's clear that this hostel has a lot of heart, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay in the Galapagos 🤍

inside an "immigrents" area, feel unsafe for Female solo traveler after sunset. no elevator even though there are 6 floors to this hotel. breakfest menu in very besic with about 4 ingrediant. clogged sink. the cleanliness is not perfect.

We were given a choice of room and opted for the one on the first floor rather than one on a higher floor with a balcony because there was no lift. The location was excellent since we arrived and left through Gare du Nord.

We would have liked tea and coffee and milk available in the room.

Close to the metros, Gare de Nord main station and many restaurants and shops around. Location is not bad as others exaggerated in terms of safety. I walked nearby places almost midnight all the time. The street nearby is full of restaurants(most of them are not french cuisine), mostly it's all crowded till 12 or 1am.. About the stay, the room given to us is much smaller than expected but I can't complain about it because of the price(not sure they have bigger rooms for 3 for different prices). Anyway we visited Paris for tourism, so we only used the room for sleep and refresh. Hardly been in room during day. So the size or facilities didn't bother us. It was clean, everyday they cleaned and changed bedspreads, towels. The staff was good and responsive.

Though I mentioned we are a family with child upon booking, they still offered the 4th floor and the facility didn't have a lift. Booking was made almost 2 months before so they can't say all immediate floors are booked. About the cafe, my son tried croissant but didn't like it. So we stopped going there. So I can't say it's good or bad for others.
