The hotel is located right next to Gare de l’Est station, which makes it a great place to stay. The staff are quite helpful, and the room is spacious and comfortable. The towels are larger than the average hotel’s, and the pillows are much better than those in most places we've stayed at.

The only downside was that the elevator was out of order during our stay. Unfortunately, we were only informed about this at check-in, after our reservation had already been fully paid for. It would have been helpful to receive this information in advance, as it left us with no option to cancel or choose another place.

The hotel staff very friendly, polite, helpful and hard working. The hotel was very clean and neat. The rooms have air conditioning which was great during some very hot days. The hotel is located next to two major train stations and many restaurants which was very convenient. We were very pleased with our stay.

The hotel is located in a busy area, so it is a noisy area outside at all hours. However, we slept good since the rooms were cool (and we were tired from traveling and sightseeing). One brief inconvenience was the elevator not working due to ongoing hotel renovations. However, the hotel staff helped with bringing the luggage upstairs.

The location is amazing. Next to Gare de l'est, which has many shops and bakeries and is next to the metro. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room 002 was clean, and there was plenty of lighting and plugs for your electronics. Air conditioning is a nice bonus.

Seems to have plumbing issues. We would hear the sink make gurgling sounds during the night.The bathroom door wouldn't close properly and had water infiltration at the bottom of it. This is due to the shower being right next to it with only half a splash guard.

I liked the location, the service ,very clean hotel, comfortable bed.

We had a late check in. The receptionist was very helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was comfortable and clean. I chose the hotel because of its proximity to Gare L'Est as we had an early morning train and it was literally a 2 minute walk away.

The mattress was a bit too firm for me, but may suit others. I would have liked some pots of milk on the tea/coffee tray. The lift is very small and doesn't go to the very top of the building, so my colleague had to walk up 6 flights of stairs.

Location by the Gare de l'Est, cleanliness it was spotless , comfort of the bed was excellent. Shower room room was newly refurbished, hanging rail, TV, good wifi, large window. Kettle and coffee/tea tray. Next door to a bistro.For a one night say it was very compact but perfect for location to trains, metro and buses. Lift to floors and able to leave luggage on departing morning. Value for money was excellent.

It was perfect for overnight, the chatter from the street cafes died down around 10 pm. The lift, corridors and room are very compact but fine for short stay sight-seeing.

A very last minute booking at a very reasonable price for central Paris. We had a family room for myself, partner and 2 girls - the room was modern, clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable too! The chap who was on reception spoke good English and was very helpful. Good location for exploring the city!

The only downside is that because of its location on a busy street, it was a little bit noisy, however, this didn’t really bother us today much as we expect a bit of noise being in a city.

It’s was next to a couple of chain and local restaurants. Right across the street from Gare de l’Est station and a 8-10 minute walk from Gare de Nord. The buses stop right in front of the hotel, there is a currency exchange convenience shop, and small grocery store around the corner. The location was great. The hotel was able to accommodate a family of 4 adults in the same room, warning though, the room was slightly small we were mainly in the room at night for bedtime. We were able to open up two windows to let some fresh air in throughout the night. They had tv and cleaned our room everyday. We chose the option to eat breakfast in the morning, but they had a very limited selection of food.

The elevator (lift) was super small!!! We had to get up to our room one by one with our luggage and it was a tight fit. It says the elevator is only for two people but it feels super claustrophobic. It only goes up to the 4th floor and if you have rooms on the 5th or 6th floor you have to walk up the stairs. Also, the hotel is right next to a train station and late at night people are still out and about, so if you like it to be more quieter this isn’t the place.

Booked last minute due to the strikes in France. Needed somewhere cheap near the Gare L’Est. Great value for money. Bed and pillows really comfy. Bathroom towels thick and good quality. Room looked freshly painted. Room was ready early so that was a bonus after a long journey. Definitely recommend. Great value for money.

Nothing to do to with the hotel. One of the neighbouring rooms playing loud music at 5.30am was really rude.

Room was super comfortable, bathroom was nice. Bed was comfy, and was close to restaurants nearby to feed a couple of late-night travelers before flying out the following day. Breakfast looked good, although we didn't actually pay for it.

The elevator is helpful but it's super tiny - will have to take two trips if traveling with a friend, or with multiple bags. Walls can be somewhat thin - we were getting up to travel in the morning, but we heard our neighbors getting up for the same reason, too.
