The cleanliness and staff are both top-notch. The buffet breakfast was also very good. The location is equally fantastic with the Metro or Buses and even walking distance to most of what you'd want to visit

The only gripe is that the air con always blew cold air even when the thermostat was set to 25°C or even 30 ! With an infant, we wanted the room to be warmer and could not achieve that.

The welcome we received was warm and the information given was clear. The reception area was clean and smart and had seating and drinks. The family suite room was spacious and clean with a lovely view of historic Gare de l'Est and the surrounding area. The location is great for travelling around Paris near both metro and mainline trains, and there are shops and restaurants alongside the hotel for convenience, plus a park nearby (although we didn't have time to check this out). The hotel also offered a free baggage hold service which was so helpful to us.

The breakfast was quite expensive. It may be because we paid separately. The breakfast area also felt a little cramped but the food and service was lovely. However, with handy restaurants just outside, you could easily grab something there instead.

This was such a good find for the value I paid. Right opposite the station but doesn’t feel as though it kills the vibe. Our room was lovely and all that we needed for a few days here as we was out most of the time. Lovely and clean, air con and amenities. Overall was really happy and easy to commute about over Paris on the metro from here could get to the main attractions easily and Disney land in about 45 mins .

Outside the doors there seemed to be a different array of homeless people staying during the day & night, which as 2 girls can seem a little bit scary when approached. The area is a little outside the main part but easy to get into, just be careful walking around of a night time in this area particularly.

The team was friendly and accommodating overall, but on one of the nights, I lost a backpack. The next day, I asked the gentleman at the reception if they could check the cameras to see if I returned with the backpack. The response I received was that they would need the police and a formal justification to review the footage. I didn't ask to view the footage myself—just to confirm whether I had returned with the backpack. I felt a bit disappointed that they didn't try to help more and instead gave what seemed like an unnecessary excuse. However, the location is excellent, the check-in team was friendly, and the room was adequate.

The location was perfect, a few minutes walk from Gare du Nord and just outside of the metro station that we were using to move around the city. We stayed on the 6th floor and we had a really nice view of Gare de l'Est station. The room was ok in size compared to the Parisian standards, and the modern and strong hairdryer was a nice surprise (you barely find this type of hairdryers in hotels).

The only thing we didn't like was the fact that the hotel is currently under renovation and the reception was temporarily located on the 1st floor without elevator access. It was also not possible to use the stairs from our floor to the 1st floor due to this. But I would definitely stay there again if I visited Paris in the future.

Excellent location, it is located just opposite Gare De L’est. Our suite was super spacious, clean and very comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly, professional and never failed to greet us every time they see us. Excellent customer service as well. The complimentary snacks & refreshments at the hotel lobby is a sweet gesture too. There’s Monoprix nearby (about 50-80 m) where you can grab some sundries, and there are so many shops & bakeries in Gare De L’est itself. There are a couple of quaint & cosy restaurants right below the hotel as well. Will definitely consider staying here again for our future trip.

The location was great - Gare de l’Est straight opposite and good restaurants and bakeries close by. The staff were welcoming and polite. The room was a good size (we booked a superior room with balcony and view) with kettle and 2 bottles of water on arrival. Check out is 12 noon.

We asked for a double bed but it was two singles next to each other with a gap down the middle. The sink drained very slowly The ironing board takes up too much room in the wardrobe. When paying the city tax they also debited 100 euros as a deposit for charging items to the room but this wasn’t made clear until I saw the debited amount. They refund the difference after your stay but this is not immediate.

I recently stayed at a hotel and had a great experience. **Location:** Perfectly situated near attractions, dining, and shopping. **Room:** Comfortable and modern, with inviting decor. **Bed:** Incredibly comfortable—great for a restful night's sleep. **Shower:** Excellent water pressure and spacious, perfect for relaxation. **Sound Isolation:** Impressive soundproofing; I didn't hear any noise from outside or other rooms. Overall, a fantastic stay that I highly recommend!

The staff here had mixed attitudes; some were friendly, while others were quite rude. The breakfast was just average at best.

Modern room decor and bathroom. TV Fridge, Good location to train and metro, nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Cedric the Porter is very helpful, and the services for late flights, like left luggage, seats to relax, water/ coffee, phone charger and just comfort to accomodate later flights after checkout is excellent. Allowed us to explore the city on our last day and not worry about luggage, or having no phone battery for the flight. Excellent

Room a little small, and no bottles of water. Cleaning staff woke us in morning we were sleeping in late with hoovers and shouting

As someone travelling via Paris Est, the location could not have been better! There is an entrance to the metro directly outside, so it was perfect for travelling elsewhere too. The staff were outstanding, I really appreciated the welcoming and helpful attitudes I experienced from every staff member! The breakfast was also good. The options were varied and plenty of good pastries were offered, in addition to scrambled egg and other warm options.

I didn’t experience any serious problems during my stay, although I think the drainage for the bathroom sink and air conditioning might have needed a bit of maintenance. They still functioned correctly, so this may just be a part of running a large hotel in an old building.
