I liked the design personally. I liked the warm floors in the bathroom. I liked the tiny kitchen and also the windows that can open during night time for fresh air. I also liked the layout.

There were a couple sockets for charging our phones and other electronic devices that were not functional. This was upsetting given the price point of the accomodation.

Great design and vibe, spacious bathroom, great kitchenette - the room had everything that we needed. awesome bakery is right next to the building, there are also many great cafes and restaurants nearby.

sometimes it took them a while to respond to my messages, and they didn’t send me the check in info so I had to ask for that, so maybe communication could be a bit better, but it wasn’t dealbreaker, we had a great stay!

The suite was very carefully designed to maximize space. The two bedrooms were comfortable - especially for Paris. Having two bathrooms was a huge bonus when travelling with teens. Weather was very hot during our stay, but the apartment was cool and comfortable the entire time. Air conditioning worked very well and was quiet. Grocery store just across the street was very convenient. Good restaurants and coffee a short walk away. Street was very quiet and calm.

There is beginning to be some noticeable wear and tear around the suite. The light switch panel in one of the bedrooms wasn't attached and fell off from time to time. The bathroom door had trouble latching.

We had a very pleasant stay at Edgar Suites. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the metro, supermarkets, and restaurants—yet the apartment itself is situated on a quiet and safe street. Even at night, we weren’t disturbed by any noise from nearby restaurants, which made for peaceful evenings. We really appreciated being allowed to check in earlier at 12:30 PM. As we had arrived in Paris early in the morning, being able to rest before heading out to explore the city made a big difference. The apartment was well-equipped, and we especially appreciated the complimentary use of the washing machine and dryer—a very thoughtful touch for longer stays. The customer service was excellent. Any questions or requests we had were promptly responded to via WhatsApp. One day, there was a false fire alarm, and the floor manager responded quickly and communicated clearly with residents, which we really appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at Edgar Suites and would gladly recommend it to friends. We’ll definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit Paris.

The lighting in the room was quite dim, which made it a bit difficult to read or pack at night. Additionally, we found that there weren’t enough power outlets for the three of us, which we hope can be improved in the future. Since we stayed for six nights, it would also have been ideal if each guest could have had an extra towel.

The Suite on 2nd floor was very good for a couple. Stayed here for a week. The management contacted us to arrange a mid week clean up for free. Everything went very smooth from the self auto-check in to self auto-check out. The area was one of the central places in Paris, very easy to move around with different metros around.

The power outlet in the bathroom was next to the door and not next to the mirror area where it would have been to easy to charge our electric toothbrush and electric shavers. However, we managed and this was not an issue at all.

Edgar communication was outstanding and welcome gift was much appreciated. The staff were very pleasant and being able to use the laundry was great. The room was a bit small for our needs (next time we will book a larger one). The bed was comfortable, shower and refrigerator very good. Plenty of power sockets and wifi was very good and reliable.

Due to configuration of the room there was very little space between the bed and the lounge making getting between them difficult. I scratched my leg and unfortunately on the last day my wife tripped badly and bruised her arm and leg. No warming rack so not able to dry clothes after the wet weather.

The room was nice and had food amenities. Bathroom was big. Felt warm but now realize it was cool for Paris during a heat wave. Safe and clean. Love the laundry machine - esp during a heat wave!

Was a bit small for a family for 5 nights but it worked. We were only given two towels for 3 people so had to ask for more. Not a tourist area - the area is nice enough but sometimes we ventured a bit too far one way and it seemed a bit not nice (but we are not city people and don’t know the area - just the vibe we got).

Pretty much everything. The location is great, a few min walk to the nearest metro station and 10-12 min walk from Gare de l'Est. It is located on a quiet street with supermarkets and restaurants nearby on the main street. We are the walking type and 30-45 min walk would get us to most of the attractions like Notre Dame... The apartment itself is spacious and larger than shown in the photos. It is well equipped despite the kitchen area being pretty compact. The setup is simple yet stylish. They have washing (and drying) machines in the common area for free. Everything was done systemically, from pre check-in, during the stay and departure. Communication was done via instant messaging and no problem reaching out when needed. They also would check with us regularly to ensure things were alright.

Nothing much really... If we really need to pick on it, we probably didn't like the small kitchen and dining table. The lighting in the bedroom area was also too dim for our personal taste. 🙂

Everything! Very nice and new apartment, excellent shower and bedroom. Location is good and close to the metro, I felt very safe as woman. Both the online team and the flat manager (Ela) were available and very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend!

It’s very clean exactly as pictured . There are few lights so mostly lit by low light lamps. It’s pretty dark inside and very small. It has a fully equipped kitchen w sparkly utensils but it’s practically impossible to use any of it as the space is so tiny There is a laundromat next door super convenient

The property is between 2 train stations. The st denis train station is sketchy. It’s the only station we saw such heavy police presence night after night. Especially after dark ( we were there in winter so dark by 5.30pm) Use the Jacques bon sergent station instead The Property
