The staff members are super friendly and pleasant. They are very helpful when I asked for recommendations of spots to visit in Paris. On our first day, they accommodated us to check in earlier by which I’m impressed!

Unfortunately, on the first day when I inquired whether or not the breakfast was complimentary, I was told “yes”(or at least my understanding was “yes”). We stayed for 7 nights and when we checked out, I was just told I still owed $150 due to breakfast and city tax. In other words, the breakfast was actually not complimentary at all. Since I was heading out to the airport, I didn’t want to spend time pointing it out at the front desk. It would have been a much better experience if there was no surprises and discrepancies from what I understood. I’d encourage anything that comes with additional charge to be clarified on the website or a n itemized list upfront upon check-in to improve this matter.

I loved the neighborhood, that it was close to good restaurants and boulangeries. The walk to the train station was not super close but it was a nice, easy walk. The property itself is nice, cozy ambiance, and the rooms are very clean and the beds very comfortable. The windows are very good at noise cancelling when needed. The shower is nice and invigorating.

We spent 2 days in this hotel prior to heading out to Bordeaux for a couple days and then came back to this hotel for another 3 days. The first two days we got a very nice and spacious room, with a spacious bathroom, which is what we paid for. Coming back, after Bordeaux, we got a considerable smaller room even though we had paid for the bigger room. They said they were fully booked and couldn’t do anything about it that day. The next day I asked again if we could get moved to the bigger room, and the answer for the remainder of my days there is that they were fully booked for that category of room….even though I had paid for it. So that was very disappointing.

Beautiful, clean, and safe. The pictures don’t do it justice. You can tell they were very thoughtful and spent money on the decorations and materials used to make it aesthetically pleasing and very elegant. It’s an amazing location, close to so many metro stations. As a single woman traveling, I never once felt unsafe. (Note, I did not go to the Chateau D’eau station after dark, but during the day, it was very very safe. Don’t listen to the negative reviews and racist remarks from small-minded people. There are lots of people of color around but they’re just working and living their lives! Not once did I get cat called or had any negative interaction.) Close to many popular spots to eat! Mamiche, Holybelly, Immersion (my fav breakfast spot and better than Holybelly in my opinion), Gros Bao and P’tite Louise - I went to 3 times each during my 17 day stay. Nuxe toiletries that are sooo luxurious! The BEST part about Hotel Àmoi was the staff! The cleaning staff were so kind and thorough. I loved coming back to fresh towels and my made up bed. My things that I had left haphazardly on the bed were always put in neat piles. And I can’t say enough about the concierges. I’ve never experienced that level of hospitality and kindness before. I spent so much time in Paris for this trip that it was nice to have friends at the hotel desk that I knew I could always talk with about my adventures. I truly felt like I was more than a guest and truly a friend! Shoutout to Nadia, Allison, and especially Leandro! You all made my trip so special and I can’t wait to come visit again!

The slippers and robes are such a nice touch… I will say the robes are a little bit scratchy and aren’t as soft as the towels and sheets. But such a minor minor thing.

We really enjoyed our stay here, I was wanting a more boutique hotel experience and Hotel Amoi was the perfect match for that. It's such a lovely hotel that is really well designed to utilize the space well, I also just love the colors and overall interior design of the lobby and rooms. The rooms themself are a little small but that is typical in Paris - the bathroom is super nice and the beds are extra comfy which is the most important thing! I also appreciated the nespresso machine in the rooms and the still and sparkling water refreshed every day. We also enjoyed the basement spa one evening which also is another example of such a creative use of space! You can reserve it for private use and it includes a sauna, steam room, and shower. That was really relaxing to do after a day of sightseeing. The location of the hotel worked out extremely well, it was walking distance to the Seine and the main attractions while also being close to the train and metro stations.

One minor thing was just the temperature control in the rooms, because it was still in winter mode we weren't able to adjust the air conditioning even though it was an especially warm day in April. After telling the front desk though they helped out and we also left the window open to cool it down that evening.

The room was clean and accessible. It had lots of lighting and a decent bed and pillows. We used the hotel spa for a private session after spending a few days walking in Paris and it was a lovely way to relax. The staff were very helpful and kind. Very easy to access from the train station and lots of great bars and restaurants pretty close by

The room was situated at the front of the building and the neon hotel sign was right out side the window, making it very bright at night. The curtains that are in the room didn’t quite black it out and it was bright all night.

Location was excellent, with many restaurants close by. Quiet street which was great for sleep quality each night. The room was compact but clean, for the time we spent in the room it was great, and a good size for Paris, most places can be on the compact side.

No mini fridge, and nobody topped up our coffee and tea each day, other than that it was great, clean stylish, and perfect for catching the metro.

This was our second stay at the hotel during our trip to stop over before going home and they made everything about the stay so accomodating. It’s a great feeling when you get back from being out all day and you can smell how clean and fresh a room is too! The staff were incredible and always so friendly and helpful! We Absolutely love it here and can’t recommend it more for location, room facilities and a very welcoming stay.

It’s location was ideal for our visit. It has a sauna and steam room which was bookable and a lovely treat- the sauna could have been hotter. The staff were excellent and could not have been more professional and helpful.

The breakfast room layout was not easy for a group of 4. They optimised the space by most people needing to sit on stools, high chairs, or low comfy chairs- no normal dining chairs. But it ça marche!

Hotel is in a great location near Metro options. This is my second stay at the property and I will be back. The staff is friendly and I love taking the opportunity to use the spa facilities.

City tax changed at checkout although Booking.com reservation indicated all taxes and fees were included.
