Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, comfy bed. Really nice little courtyard in the middle of the hotel and felt overall very quiet and peaceful for how central it was.

Slightly odd bathroom / shower situation with the shower actually in the bedroom and the loo in a separate cubicle. Felt a little bit expensive, but from what I remember when booking that might just be the price for staying in central Paris!

We had to book a night at the Kyriad Paris at the last minute when our previously booked accommodation fell through. The night receptionist at Kyriad Paris was friendly and helpful. Our room was very small but surprisingly had a full sized bath in the bathroom! Water pressure and temperature was good. The neighbourhood was quiet at night. Breakfast was well worth paying for and provided in a lovely room. Staff were helpful and attentive. The cost of our stay was what we'd expect to pay for a room for a night in the area.

Fantastic room for a short break in paris. The rooms are small (this is paris after all) but they are equipped with everything you need. The bed was really comfortable and they bathroom had any toiletries you would need. The location is fantastic. Roughly and 10-15 minute walk from Gare du Est and Replubic station. There's a great bakery next door and plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants within a shorty walk of the hotel. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. As we arrived very early the hotel had no problem with storing our bags for us until cheak in. Very helpful staff

It was newly refurbished, clean, quiet, comfortable. Has a boutique feel about it. Great staff. Great location. Going out to sit by the canal every morning was amazing. The cafes and bars and restaurants surrounding the property are great. The old style phone was a great touch. And the courtyard is stunning. Walking distance from Gare du L’est and Du Nord (L’est is closer) Metro close by too. Will be booking here again as I got a €10 off per night voucher as I left if booking direct

Would be great to have check out at 12 although I didn’t ask so maybe it is an option. Room was small but so are most hotels in Paris

Loved the location in Canal Saint Martin - it felt really authentic to Paris and was close to cool shops, restaurants and bars. Very comfy bed in a compact bedroom; 24 hour reception was convenient and we loved the close access to the metro from Jacques Bonsergent.

The shower leaked onto the floor a bit in the bathroom.

Close to metro station, near shops and restaurants. Lovely staff, extremely comfortable beds, and the AC works which was great for the heatwave. Clean and welcoming.

The wifi only worked for one night, then it disappeared the next 3 nights so i had to purchase an esim for internet access. The bathroom is rather cramped so found myself bashing my arms constantly trying to wash my face. Other than that, perfect accommodation.
