Evening receptionist excellent on arrival. I had cut my hand on way to hotel, and he went and got first aid kit as soon as I arrived. He helped me to room with bags after.The tv did not work in my room, no video signal and he spent a long time trying to get it to work. Hotel in excellent location. Lady cleaning rooms next morning helped me downstairs with bags as arm in brace from and injury.

Due to events going on in Paris I paid nearly £200 for room, far higher than I would normally, I would have expected everything to work at that price, including the tv. I would also have expected more than 6 frenchvfree tv channels if it worked. I travel a lot and try to keep up.with world news, so at least interarnational channel would have been useful. Could not adjust height of shower. Breakfast was OK but for price of room would have expected more choice

Location was excellent with surrounding environment. very easy to get METRO and Asian restaurants are very close by.

A few things could be improved. Basic amenities like a water kettle, tea/coffee/sugar were not provided initially and were only given upon request (Absolutely free of charge). Mineral water was also not provided — we had to purchase it ourselves. The room was not very spacious but manageable for two people.

I had a clean and comfortable room. It was in an interesting area near the Saint Michelle canal, nice choice of bars and restaurants. Easy walk to the metro.

The air conditioning didn't stay on long enough. I had to keep switching it on again. Apparently it is programmed to do that. This is a serious problem when the temperature got to 39c. The breakfast is very poor, considering it is in France! However, nice bars around so I frequented them. It isn't worth getting the breakfast included when there are so many good local alternatives.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord. There were grocery stores and metro stations nearby. Everything was clean, and the room was cleaned every day. I especially want to express my gratitude to the staff at the reception desk-unfortunately, I didn’t ask for his name. The man was very polite and kind, gave valuable recommendations, and also provided an electric kettle at my request. I really liked everything!

It was nice, super nice, and clean, near good places like Manga Story Store, Le Grand Rex, a canal, and metro, and many more compared to other hotels I had been to with the same price range: THE STAFF, the welcome man, he is the best person in terms of hotel service in Europe that I have ever seen, he is calm, friendly, he gave me the vibe that similar to my grandfather =)))))))))) If I finish my student internship in Europe and become a successful person, I will revisit this place and tip him, but now, as a poor student, I can only afford to stay here only kakakakak, the cleaning staffs are also kind

Room 409. Walls were thin ..... was woken up by a ( ? American ? ) guest in nearby room deciding to have a loud video conversation just after 04.00. When used in other rooms loud plumbing noise in my room. There was an intermittent unpleasant odour from the drains. There was no complimentary kettle so missed the chance to make tea or coffee.

The location is excellent, the man working the reception was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. A great value for the price point!

Very loud music until after midnight but this could have been from an isolated event happening the weekend I was there. The hotel was quite dated and could definitely use some updating.

Very clean and super quiet hotel..sleep quality very good here. Location is a very nice area with many bars & restaurants Wi-Fi very good and hot water constant Rooms very nice

Breakfast was same everyday and it's served downstairs which can be very crowded in the mornings

Professionally run hotel, clean and well kept, good breakfast, great location near the canal and interesting shops. Excellent value for money Will go back there

Walkable distance from Gare du L'est, one of the major hubs of public transportation in the city. Food options were available in the area even at odd hours in the night.
