We only had 1 night here but I would say that it was comfortable. There are towel and soap available. The owner/receptionist is nice. He speak English as well and he let us borrow a water kettle and you can play also chess in the reception. Beside the hotel is a laundry shop that is so cheap, if you need to do the laundry. There is also restaurant nearby or shop and even the Bahnhof is just few minutes away.

even though they do not have Aircondition nor Electricfan., But I do hope next time they offer some.Although our room is located at the fourth floor and during our visit the elevator is not working.Still I can say that it is allright.

Location!! So it doesn’t good look from the outside and the rooms were outdated but clean. The location is great, the walk was less than a 5 min to the bus/ metro/ train stain. With plenty to places to walk and eat. Moises, the guy that checked us in was very helpful and welcoming. My son and I showed up about 10 AM, left our luggage and explored a bit of Paris. When we came back to the hotel, Moises had already taken our luggage up to our room (5 of them). He also helped us bring down when we checked out. He was great help! A bang for your money!

Make sure to bring your own shower supplies. The towels were small. And the lift/elevador was not working. (No biggie)

The staff was lovely, always chatting us up when we left, offering suggestions for the best places to go for breakfast. The place was nice and tidy. Me and my friends loved it there. The area is also pretty good as the metro station is extremely close. If you are going to Paris on a budget, this place is a gold mine.

The walls are a bit thin, however we did not have any issues with loud neighbours. There is a curfew to when you can come back at night but we did not have any issue with this, had plenty of time to see the nightlife.

Satisfactory. No frills, Parisian hospitality, get what you pay for. Area can be shady at night but well-connected. Room is clean and spacious, a bit tired. Perfect for a night or two if passing through. Ignore negative reviews ‐ this is a budget hotel and you can't expect much more for the price. Would stay again!

No lift, need to carry luggage upstairs. Kettle in room would have been a bonus

The staff is unbeatable: Karim and Moussa are very kind and friendly. The rooms are not fashonably furnished but all is perfectly clean. The closest Metro station is just around the corner but it's so good to walk around that we never used it. Centre Pompidou is just 20 minutes away and around the hotel you can find veris good brasseries, much better than you can get in the tourist area.

The hotel is old but we were fine with it after some time So if you can handle it , it’s perfect for a short stay

Staff was really friendly and pleasant, which was a huge boost since the place in itself is ok. Good value for your money. There was a tv, but I don’t speak French so it was just noises for me. Bathroom was acceptable

The place is dated, but for the money you’re paying can’t expect much else. Location is meh, you have to take the metro or something to get anywhere (metro is right there though, and not expensive)

Reception. The best reception staff since I am in Europe

Neighbours (I heard talk about unsolicited and undesirable info abt me which is Europe's business failure still is not be absolutely fixed so far). I don't allow any fantasy to degrade me.

The managers are amazing people. The location is good. The room is quiet. The housekeeping is pleasant and considerate. Great value for money.

The elevator needs to be functioning.

Staffs are very nice and considerable. Staffs are not often at front desk. I feel totally free, relaxed and comfortable every time when back or leave the hotel.

No hair dryer. Price is quite expensive.
