Loved my stay here! The area was quiet and safe and the staff were exceptionally kind. The rooms are small but cute; it sort of felt like staying in a room at your great-grandmother's, very cozy. I liked the L'Occitane products in the bathroom. The hotel is close to two different train stations - you can take the RER line directly from Charles de Gaulle airport to here in one straight shot (about 40ish minutes, one way ticket is €13). The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk away from Gare le Nord. Very easy to get on the metro from this location, there are a few lines nearby. Getting from the hotel to the center of Paris is about 25-40 minutes via metro depending on where you want to go. Everything you need is closeby - restaurants, grocery, etc. Breakfast in the AMs was wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend.

Everything, the staff were excellent especially Alexander at the reception and Majeed at the restaurant ..(also a blond female cant remember her name) The restaurant is amazing, very nice food with reasonable prices. We had dinner and everyday breakfast. The room was very nice, we were family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children (13,10,5) , we got the suite and it was spacious, 2 rooms and one bathroom, good facilities inside the room, coffee and tea maker, good selection of shampoos… There are 3 nearby metro stations and a bus station, we used different lines every time according to the destination we went… We’ll come back again for sure!

Nice hotel in walking distance of gare de l’est / Gare du Nord. We had a family suite for two adults and two young kids. The sofa bed and bed were comfortable and there was sufficient space for our family. The rooms are fairly quiet and the space is comfortable. The staff were all really nice especially with the kids; they’d give them candy and found some coloring material during breakfast.

Not a negative but just noting that when we checked out they had put us down as having hotel breakfast for all three days we were at the hotel when we only had gone once. They ended up removing the extra two charges. Might be good to have some kind of receipt/system so they can more easily verify whether or not the breakfast is accurately charged to the right guest/room.

I stayed at Hotel Robinet D'Or Paris from March 30th to April 2nd and everything was simply perfect. The hotel itself is absolutely charming, with an authentic Parisian atmosphere. The hosts were wonderful—welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast and dinner were both delightful, served in a real Parisian spirit with delicious food and great attention to detail. The rooms are chic and beautifully decorated, with impeccable cleanliness and high-quality toiletries. The location is perfect for exploring all the main attractions of Paris, with easy access to everything the city has to offer. I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

This hotel was just fantastic. First, location: super close to gare de lest (for trains all around) and even closer to another station (chateau Landon) that brings you to a lot of famous areas in Paris (pantheon, notre dame, louvre,etc). Breakfast was great with a lot of good and fresh options (incl vegetarian and also vegan - like vegetable milk which for a lactose intolerant is a plus) The restaurant of the hotel is super good, we actually ate there twice (if on weekend good to reserve as it was always packed). There is a little street close by on the canal that was full of bars and restaurants and nice to just chill close to the river as well. The staff was the most friendly and helpful, everywhere from hotel to restaurant. Also clean and rooms were pretty, bathroom with l’occitane products and full of light. And they also had umbrellas to rent for the guests and free water bottles available constantly at the reception.

big room, and especially bathrooms, plenty of space for two. staff very friendly best part of hotel, very responsive. restaurant on site is good. wifi is fast. L'Occitane hygiene products for shower, bath. 7 min walk from Paris east train station. lot of restaurants within short walk. breakfastr very good, for good price. toilet separate from shower. plenty of sockets/charging ports. a/c quiet, works well. hair dryer in room had several attachments.

Room lighting could be improved. we didn't need it, but others should be aware of no elevator, for those with mobility issues. It is not centrally located to the main tourist attractions, but close to metro and train stations.

I can highly recommend this hotel. First and foremost, the location for travellers arriving and departing from Gare de l'Est is just perfect. A mere 5 min. walk and here you are! The employees are all very kind, very welcoming! We were upgraded to a bigger room, which was nice. The room is very well equipped, and super clean nothing to say about this.

The only aspect you may need to consider: the walls between the rooms are thin, and you can hear activities in the bathroom next door. Also, the hotel's restaurant located at street level, has a terrace, so you hear people chat and laugh while enjoying a glass of french wine. But hey, this is Paris, and part of the game, but so you know! We will be back for sure!

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond with all of our requests. Ice buckets, glasses for champagne, and cutlery were all happily provided on request. Our room was meticulously cleaned every day. We messed up the safe pin and they were able to get it open without any issues or surcharges like at other hotels. The room and bathroom were huge and very comfortable. There was even a nice amount of closet space.

Not the fault of the hotel but it's good to know that the area is lively in the evenings and on weekdays and well into the night around holidays.

We had a great stay at Le Robinet d'Or. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood by the Canal St Martin and in easy access of the metro and stations. We booked a standard room, which was small but perfect. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was super-comfy. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. We ate in the restaurant one night of our stay and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staircase up to the room was narrow and steep. We didn't mind this but others less mobile may find this an issue.

Lovely family run, small hotel - would stay again. The location of the hotel is ideal for Gard L'est which is why we chose it. Very close to the Canal St Martin and the surrounding area which was lovely to explore a part of Paris we had not visited before. The staff were all very polite and friendly. We had breakfast a couple of mornings which was lovely and an extensive selection. We also ate in the restaurant a couple of nights which again was lovely, traditional French cuisine and good value. Would recommend eating there especially if you have been exploring the city all day. Good bus links from Gard de L'est which we used to get to the centre of Paris, didn't use metro. The room was nicely decorated with two large balcony doors, although on the small side, but to be expected in Paris. Bottles of water available every day and also do a happy hour on selected cocktails. Lovely coffee and tea along with delicious macarons.

Nothing, all lovely. But note there is no lift, but staff will help with baggage.
