Only 10 mins walk from Gare du Nord train station. It is perfect if you arrive at/depart from that station. The neighborhood was ok, it did not seem dangerous. A few cafes and restaurants around the corner. Bathroom was small but it was newly renovated and the water pressure was good, so that was more than fine. Check out time is at 12,00 so that is a big plus for me. You can also leave your luggage there after checking out. That was also a big plus for me. There is 24 hour receptionist, so you can check in/check out at very early or very late hour. I will stay at this hotel again for my next trip to Paris.

For summer stay, this place has no air conditioner or a fan, so you need to open the window. The sound of the traffic from the street was quite loud at night when we were trying to sleep.

The room was as it is in the pictures and as we expected, the most important thing is that it was clean. It is very close to the metro station, so it is easy to travel. A few minutes' walk is the bakery for which we have all the recommendations, it is called "Maison Bayat". The room welcomed us every day furnished and tidy.

You can hear sounds from outside, the insulation is poor. The beds are separated, they are actually two joined beds, but they can also be separated by a small movement. There is no hair dryer which would be a big plus if we are staying for several days. Otherwise we had to carry our own. The furniture is damaged here and there, but that doesn't matter, it's important that it's clean. But all this can be seen from the photos and the description of the room, so we were not surprised.

Kind staff, flexible check-in, close to train station, lot of stores nearby, decent for a night stay, was close to olympic races at the time, so literally you could see race from your window. Plenty of sheets.

Kind of general impression, small toilet, 2 single beds together, I guess i chose that somehow, thought it would be double, but for a night good anyways. As every hotel and hostel in the world, 1 pillow way too big, another way too small....strange thing, but they do that for some reason

Extremely friendly staff! Home welcoming atmosphere created by the wonderful family that runs this hotel. We felt not only safe but very welcomed. The location is perfect, close to the metro, buses etc but also great neighborhood for the morning coffee and croissant:) the room was cleaned every day, new towels, beds made- amazing! Higher class hotels don’t always do it! The hotel is cozy and very quiet. I would highly recommend the stay there to anyone! Not to mention the reasonable price.

Nothing- everything was perfect.

The location of the property is about 4 blocks away from Gare du Nord, Paris. Transport buses pass by every 15 minutes or so. Restaurants and bistros dot the area.

There are cars with loud sirens that pass by every half an hour. There is no kettle in the room nor sachets of coffee or tea that could have been a value plus considering there is no free breakfast.

great location, nice staff, clean and comfortable, close to cafes etc. Very good value for money for Paris.

As other reviewers have mentioned, there seems to be a crazy black man who lives in the room next door. He is quiet by day but at night he wakes up at random times to shout very loudly about God....

The location is perfect. Metro and bus stations are so close as possible (1 min). The are a lot of restaurants and brasseries near the hotel. The staff is super friendly, and their cat is so cute.

All good, but there is no elevator in the hotel. It's a single minus. But the staff can help to lift it up.

Hot shower at any hour, we have visited a lot so we only shower and slept here, a little bit cold because the door was not very isolated-at ground floor, reception even at 12 pm

Dedicated staff. Karim at reception was always helpful and professional. Changed towels and cleaned bins every day. Didn’t expect double room so big and specious with big king size double bed, room was divided by a long corridor leading to the big modern bathroom with a shower, nice wooden floor. Fantastic location, patisseries and boulangeries with delicious croissants, baguettes, sandwiches and coffees around. Many coffee shops as well. We preferred French boulangeries. Our favourite, worth to recommend is Les Gamins de Faubourg, 5-8 minutes walk from the hotel. You have up to 30 minutes walk to the main attractions like Montmarte with Sacre Coeur Basilica and Louvre Museum. Near train station Gare du Nord. Metro station, pink line 7-Louis de Blanc 3 minutes walk, that will take you close, walking distance to the main attractions like Eiffel Tower, Louvre museum or to change to the other lines like line 1- if you don’t like to walk to her as close as possible to the attractions.

Because located so close to the city centre, Rue La Fayette is very busy and noisy. Despite windows being sound proof, I still needed earplugs as being light sleeper. My daughter was fine.

It was really quaint and homey so I felt very safe. We loved the balcony/window to the street, so cool! The staff was even better, very nice and helpful. They went above and beyond when we couldn’t make it back for check out and packed up our things and kept it safe for us downstairs in the lobby. Very grateful for that!

Nothing really, it was worth the money and I would definitely stay again (:
