The location is good as it is very close to metropolitan (1 min) , there are many good cafes, monoprix and macdonalds on the same street. The hotel staff was always super friendly and available. Thank you very much for providing us with a family room as I was together with my mom ( it was her first visit to Paris and my present ) . The room was comfortable and clean. You can enjoy 🫖 as there is an electric kettle . The room service is every day! Hotel is old and has this special old Paris vibe which I was looking for 🤭

Unfortunately, if you have a room with the street view, it’s very noisy 24 hours. The metropolitan bridge especially noisy (( sirens all day and night. If you want to have good sleep better don’t take the street view. Also the stairs on the 0 floor are insane - hard for old people or those with large bags. The hotel has an elevator but it is tiny- be aware! But these little things didn’t spoil our wonderful trip. I will remember this hotel and its staff as super super friendly! The room was exactly like the pictures. Not very spacious but big enough for two people who prefer to spend the day outside sightseeing. There was a kettle with tea bags and sugar available. There is a separate bathroom that was clean and comfortable. The location is really close to the metro and it's very convenient. There are cozy nearby places to eat or drink a cocktail and some nice bakeries. Overall the hotel looks a bit old but nothing broken or too overused, it has it's own charm actually. There was a working elevator which is a nice surprise for most small hotels in Paris. The staff seems friendly and most importantly - English speaking. I'm satisfied with my stay and the value for the price there.

I reserved the hotel because I had a work meeting in Paris. The reception was friendly and efficient. The location was ideal for the Paris metro and in a nice spot by the Canal St Martin. Breakfast was simple and self service but well orgainsed and nice croissant. I walked there easily from Gare du Nord but you could also take the metro.

The plug in the bathroom basin was missing. A little warning that there are stairs to climb to get up to the reception and down to the breakfast room.

The property was right near a metro station so it was very easy to get around the city. The staff was extremely friendly. I did just a weekend there and the beds were pretty comfortable.

They did not enforce the no smoking room and our neighbors were smokers so the smell lingered into our room every night. The rooms are also a lot tinier than expected but that was not a big issue. The rooms themselves have no A/C so would not recommend if coming in the summer

The place was very clean and just as described in the advertisement. The shower was also nice and powerful! Cleaning services was good as well! Nice ladies.

The ventilator was very loud. The windows couldn't open entirely because the bed was too close to the windows. It was hot, so we had to sleep with the loud noise of the ventilator. Also, it just blew one way. We were with three people, so one couldn't enjoy the wind. The beds were small. Our feet dangled out of it. (lenhth of my boyfriend: 1,76, mine 1,70)

The staff, especially Amine, are super friendly and helped us with our luggage! The location is excellent as well! There's a metro station around the corner, and also a McDonald's, supermarket, subway, etc.

There is no air conditioning (only a fan) and no elevator to the ground floor.

The staff was wonderful. At one point I locked myself out of my room and housekeeping saw me struggling and immediately came over to help me. The location is excellent as it is right next to a metro stop. It is also located near some great restaurants and bakeries. The room had plenty of outlets, which often isn't the case.

Amin was lovely and knows the ins and outs in Paris.

The lift only works from 1st floor so we had to carry our heavy suitcases from Ground floor to 1st floor. Although Amin helped us but it's not good manual handling and bad for his back.

Honestly, better than expected. The heating is great and there is a window in the bathroom. It was clean but if you have allergies, the rugs might be an issue. Water was hot. And it's in a pretty good location close to the metro.

The shower was a bit awkward and the door handle was loose/ a bit broken.

Loved my stay in this hotel - it’s a little dated but spotlessly clean and the huge windows out onto the street are so typically Parisian and provide fresh air and the sounds of Paris below! The bath was also great, and the staff were friendly.
