The hotel was good value for money, relatively cheap for Paris, yet functional and comfortable for a family of 3. Room was fine, had air con (useful for the 2025 summer heatwave). The location was a few km from the centre, yet well served by metro. The exit to one metro Riquet was only 1 minute away from the hotel (the entrance a few mins further). We were able to travel back from the Eifel tower at 10:45pm in the evening in 45 minutes. Typically 1 metro ticket (2.5 Euros) can take you to the Seine in about 20-40 mins). The location was only a 2 minute walk from the canal 'Bassin de la Villette' which was a surprising delight in August, so many activities along the 'beach', including evening open air dancing, Boules rinks. bars, boat rentals and even a Lido. This was also served as a lovely walk from the Hotel to the metro. In my case I was able to jog along the length of the canal to the Seine, and back, as part of a 11km jog, I am a runner so I loved this route. It is also a 30 min walking distance (or 10 min metro) to Pigalle - Montmatre (PS This in a more adventurous run!).

The breakfast was exactly as expected, classic French patisserie, coffee, juice, cereal, and simple egg omelette and ham. Not much variety, but this is not much different to expected, so not a big issue. The breakfast area was quite small though, with only about 6 tables.

Great location. The metro station is a 5-minute walk away and is great for getting around all of Paris. Lots of shops and food places on the main road. Lovely bakery right on the corner. The staff were really friendly and helpful and they made an effort to speak English with us even as we made an effort to speak French to them. The room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was very average, so we only ended up having it once. But there are so many places to eat nearby that it wasn't an inconvenience at all. Though the room was clean and comfortable, it was extremely small for a double room. Also, we weren't too keen on having to give the key back to reception every time we left the hotel. But there was always someone on reception at all times of the day and night, so it wasn't too much trouble. Overall, it was great value for the price so we could happily overlook the minor inconveniences.

Air conditioning in the room was quiet and effective. Openable large windows were good to refresh the air at the end of the day. Location was great - we went to the Parc de la Villette to visit the Olympics' Parc des Nations. Nearby Vélib' parking makes it very accessible by bike. Staff at reception could speak English which was much appreciated. Luggage storage was also a big benefit, as it meant we could go out and enjoy the day before our return journey without hauling luggage around the city.

Bathroom was miniscule; you can't turn around in the shower so forget washing your hair. It's a shame there's no kettle in the room so you can't make a cup of tea or coffee. These are available to buy downstairs for 1 euro but I already paid 120 for the room! You have to hand in your key on the way out which makes it seem like they don't have a spare. Does not fill me with confidence. There is not really space to walk around the bed, but I think this is normal for Paris/unavoidable. I was pleased to not be on the top floor which from the photos has sloping roof, so less headspace.

Our room was tiny but very clean, including sheets and towels, it was tidied up every day. The bathroom was tiny as well, but it was perfectly adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel isn't located in the best neighborhood, but there is a metro station just 2 minutes away that can get you to the centre in 20 minutes. There is a great bakery just around the corner where you can get breakfast. Overall we had a great time, great value for the price you pay.

I liked the location, line connecting the canal and a busy living street. Neighbourhood without big monuments itself but nevertheless worthy of walk around. You can have a run near the canal, visit farmers market or to have a good time in many of cafes. Breakfast was OK. Just few steps from metro. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Staff nice and helpful. I don't need more for a short stay.

Rooms are a bit noisy, not from the street but you can here your neighbours. It was manageable for me but I can imagine some people could complain. A bit weary furniture but clean so no drama.

Our room was lovely, perfect for two and great value for its money. The bed was very comfortable and both the smart TV and AC worked smoothly. The hotel was super clean and the staff was very welcoming and nice. We were able to leave our baggage there on our last day during a last stroll around the city. The location is perfect as it is right by the Riquet metro station, and just over half an hour away from the centre of Paris. The breakfast was small but good.

Room was small but had everything needed, it was well maintained and an ideal base to explore Paris with easy access to the metro which took about 30 mins, there are multiple shops and places to eat nearby.

Breakfast selection was very limited, I also never feel comfortable having to leave room keys at reception with no security checks when collecting on return especially when the reception staff have changed

Really nice room, very comfortable, includes A/C. Right next to the Paris Plage along Saint Martin. Hotel is very clean and it is very close to a couple different metro lines. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall the neighborhood feels safe during the day and late evening (perfectly able to walk around and get food around midnight). It does get a bit sketchy around 2-3am if you are staying out really late though.

Excellent location, a 2 minute walk from Riquet metro station (line 7) and a 5 minute walk from Stalingrad station (2, 5, 7). A supermarket is also located less than 2 minutes from the hotel. The area feels relatively safe, even at night. The rooms are very clean, cozy and warm. Nothing too fancy, but modern, especially the bathroom. The double bed was comfortable. The hotel is equipped with an elevator, unlike many others in Paris within the same budget. The staff were really helpful and friendly, they speak English well. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a decent amount of variety.

Soundproofing could be a little better in the rooms.
