This hotel is clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly, offering assistance with anything you may need. The area was better than some of the reviews suggested. Just be cautious around Stalingrad station at night; it's best to use Riquet instead, and you'll be fine. The rooms are small, but if you're only there to sleep at night, it's not really an issue. The location is excellent, as it's easy to access everything via the metro. Our room did have some issues with heating and electricity, but the staff promptly addressed these concerns and even upgraded us to a larger room. Their friendliness and willingness to help were much appreciated.

I was there with my boyfriend, and we didn't feel unsafe in the area. However, if I were going there alone as a woman, I don't think I would have felt as safe. The Stalingrad station has a lot of homeless people around, but as long as you use the Riquet station, you should be fine at night since it's a residential area.

All the reception staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating to my limited French abilities. I had a comfortable stay and even though I could hear some noise from the roads, the hotel itself was peaceful and quiet. The location was great- very accessible on the metro to more central Paris and a couple of good supermarkets nearby. I would also recommend Kimsou (a nearby fast food place) for a quick and affordable meal, and the Boulangerie right next to the hotel for a delicious pastry, although the breakfast option at the hotel also looked delicious.

My Nespresso machine stopped working towards the end of my stay but I was reassured the staff would come and look at it.

The location is perfect. Train station, supermarket, fast food, everything very close by. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The room was very cozy, with lots of sun lighting and clean. I also checked the prices to stay in Ibis Budget, where my parents were at and the price was more expensive. I got even happier to see that my room in Tilde was wayyyy better than the hotel my parents were at and I paid less. They also were very gentle to allow me to leave my luggage and do a late check out. Next time I’m coming to Paris, this will definitely be my choice. Thanks.

The fact that we have to leave the key before leaving the hotel is a bit “boring”. I understand that this is for safety reasons, but sometimes I was in a rush to leave and both times I had to wait until they checked in someone else. I agree with the safety measure, but we should be able to just leave the key somewhere whenever we wanted to leave without having to wait.

The staff were very friendly and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great. They even had little printed pieces of paper with which metro to take to most major places. Made it very easy to navigate the metro. Riquet metro station is right next door. When we came home at night, we literally came up our escalator, and the hotel was there. Also a supermarket on the other side of the hotel is so all very convenient. I would taxi if it was very late at night just as the hotel is out of main center. Also on day of travel if you have suitcases I would taxi. Hotel Tilde suited our budget and meant we could stay for a longer time in beautiful Paris. Other guests were friendly, and all seemed to enjoy the hotel. A great place for traveller's.

It was a little noisy at night time on the roadside of the Hotel. Windows could be shut as aircon available also. This kept noise out.

The room provided a comfortable bed in a quiet spot in the city, located near a bohemian/hipster neighborhood. Other attractive features include the A/C, fitness room, quick access to two metro lines at Stalingrad, and several restaurants and boulangeries. I recommended travelers to walk around the nearby quai and the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont

The bathroom is very limited in space, with okay water temperature regulation. Late night access to the hotel is a bit complicated.

The room was clean, spacious and well decorated. The room I had, had a coffee machine in the room with two pods and tea. The bathroom felt luxurious. The bed was comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful, they stored our luggage for us on our last day and helped us connect to their WiFi. The location is good, with a metro station nearby and a great Boulangerie (bakery) right next door.

The shower was a bit small and narrow. A bigger person might not be comfortable in it.

No refrigerator in the room. Not acceptable for a 3 star hotel.

- room as expected on the pictures - nice bathroom, good water pressure - good bedding - 24 hours reception - they have a gym - they have a breakfast for additional charges - elevator - nearby metro stations - next door is a supermarket (Carrefour City) and a bakery -coffee machine in the room - they can provide a toothbrush and toothpaste if needed - wifi - easy check in and check out - shower gel and shampoo, handwash but no conditioner - towels (2 per person)

- I tried to contact twice the reception with Whatsapp has it was shown in the hotel room and no one answered. Had to go downstairs to communicate with them. - As a woman, I didn't feel safe walking in the middle of the night (2 am) in the area (but that is most of Paris).

The location was awesome because it was easily accessible via metro. Next to it was Carrefour Express. So, it was easy for us to buy water, juice or whatever we can buy for food. The surrounding area was majority Muslim. So, as a Muslim traveller, it was quite easy to find halal food. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs

After 8pm (during winter), the location was kinda creepy. So, we made sure we finished our day by 6-7pm at the most

Great location just a minute from the metro, a bakery and supermarket located across the street. Room is clean and spacious, even had a small balcony which was unexpected but nice! Bathroom was very small but clean and had good water pressure and hot water. Free tee and instant coffee. People at reception were very nice and helped me with all my questions. Luggage storage free of charge after check out / before check in. All in all a great experience.
