The staff! Especially Tsyri: kind and generous. Thank you very much for making feel my mom special on her birthday. Everyone is smiley, something vital when you deal with customers face to face. This tidy and cosy hotel is literally 30 seconds away from Crimée station. Our room and bathroom were spotless.

Only one thing regarding breakfast, it would be nice if there were more savoury stuff for those who like me hate sweet things for breakfast and some fruits 🙂 Another thing which is not about the property but the location: Except for 2 great boulangerie, it’s hard to find a good restaurant. Even the one called (Le Bastringue) recommended by a gentleman (guess he was the owner) turned up to be a disaster. For the rest it seemed to be a safe area.

I visited Paris for a conference and a few vacation days. The hotel was relatively close to the conference venue, located in a nice neighborhood. The atmosphere is extremely relaxed and friendly, with lovely decorations in the lobby. My room was modern and pristine, with a very comfortable bed, a desk and a sparkling clean bathroom. Breakfast was really nice, with a great selection of drinks and food, offered in a relaxed environment. All staff were unbelievably friendly and polite, such warm, kind people! I highly recommend Maison Urbaine, and would be delighted to stay there again, if I visit Paris in the future!

The attentiveness, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was exceptional - they answered our many patiently. The breakfast was great. The ambience of the lounge and breakfast area was relaxing. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was quite small but we expected that having been to Paris before and within the price bracket. But we don’t see this as a negative as it suited our purposes. The lift is quite small but manageable.

Great little quirky hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location just a couple of minutes from the Metro. My single room was very comfortable, even though the bathroom was very compact and the continental breakfast was plentiful.

Everything was perfect and we will definitely choose the hotel again for our future visits in Paris. The room was very clean and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was great, friendly, experienced, kind and assisted with all our questions and needs during the stay. The bed was very comfortable. The temperature in the room is easily adjustable. The location of the Hotel is perfect - it is in less than 2 minutes walk from metro station Crimeé of M7 metro line. All places within Paris and the suburbs are easily reachable by metro. There is also night bus stop nearby if you end up staying late in the city center.

10/10 - French boutique style, with a laidback atmosphere that welcomes everyone from all over the world. If this is not enough then the personal touch of the hotel to accommodate your needs should win you over. The various members of staff from the front desk (Ghizlene,Jill, Yanetsi) to the cleaners are absolutely top notch and are more than willing to go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. It’s a small hotel with a big heart in the very center of France’s capital, easy access to the main train station and the metro, perfect for a base to explore this wonderful city.

It was really clean and staff was very friendly!

Very small room, especially bathroom. The door to the bathroom doesn’t work properly. The district is far from restaurants and center.

The room was quite comfortable and more spacious than expected. Breakfast was abundant and the service was fast. Staff was kind from start to finish. They noticed the shower cabin door was not closing properly on their own and fixed it on the second day of my stay, without me having to notify anyone. A stop on the M7 line is located less than 5 minutes by foot. A couple of my Parisien friends raised eyebrows when I told them I'm staying in this area, as it's not where you find tourists typically, but had absolutely no issues whatsoever. Quite the contrary, I liked it and would stay in the area again! Bonus: An original Banksy artwork is randomly located a couple of blocks from the hotel, on the way to the Stalingrad M7 / M2 stop.

Felt like the room could have more facitilies, especially given its size. Would have appreciated more places where to leave clothes, other than the couple of coathangers hidden behind the mirror.

A small property in Paris with all the facilities you need for a short stay in the city. very helpful and friendly staff especially Kyle at check in. the rooms were extremely functional and the bathroom was bigger and better then expected. Great private air con for both hot and cold weathers and window opens both in the room and bathroom. the bed size is decent and they even provided us teaspoons and China cups to drink our tea. The hotel is easy to find and has lots of food / bakery / supermarket options on your doorstep. Not far from Gare Du Nord if arriving by Eurostar.

the elevator is tiny so one could have problem with large pieces of luggage. The area didn’t feel the safest and is a bit away from the main attractions of Paris. It would have been nice if there was a mini fridge in the room.
