The breakfast was too little in quantity and too slow, there was lot of battling and waiting everyday morning. Poor management of breakfast when you already know how many guests will be there to have breakfast. Its not a restaurant. There was no clear labels also for the items. No clear identification of the rooms with extra child options on Booking.com, delayed the checkin process. Credit card requirement is weird when everything prepaid. Saw other customers having issue and luckily we had one handy.

The hotel was clean and modern, we liked everything about the actual hotel, especially the staff. We were able to check in early which was a lovely surprise and greatly appreciated.

The location outside the hotel, we didn't feel very safe. There was no obvious pick up and drop of point for taxis near the hotel.

Very nice hotel, the room is equipped with everything you might need for your stay in Paris. Very comfortable bed and bathroom and even though we didn't book a room with a view, the view from the room that we were given was very good since we could see the Eiffel tower and the Sacré-cœur basilica from our window. We booked it cause it was close to Adidas arena where we had a concert to attend but the transport to the city centre was very easy to make using the RER line and the bus. Finally, the people working at the reception and bar were all amazing and very helpful. All in all, we had a great experience staying here.

The only thing we didn't like was that the windows were not clean and this ruined the view of the room. The rest of the room was well cleaned and that's what matters the most.

The stay was excellent.We were 6 people, booked a double and a family room.The both rooms were spotless.The family room was huge and double room was really spacious.There was a view of the Basilica and the Eiffel from family room, that was a bonus. Attaching zoomed pics of both.The staffs were super friendly. The 24/7 club service of free snacks, coffee,juice, fruits were really great, we haven't seen anything like this in anywhere in other European countries we travelled. The micro filtered water saved our money and time as we get those from supermarkets.I hope Okko should open in entire Europe.

This hotel isn't located in what most tourists consider to be the city center of Paris, but it is one RER E stop from Gare du Nord, from which you can go anywhere in the city rather easily. It is also good for tourists to see that Paris is truly a diverse city and that the French culture is also heterogeneous. The rooms are very big for European rooms and the AC was top-notch, even during the 2025 summer heat wave. I would recommend this hotel for those who have already seen Paris and who want a quiet place of retreat or for travelers who are used to a more "American" hotel experience.

Better indication of what is "snacking" and what is the breakfast. On the webiste of the hotel and in the brochures, it is marked that guests have all-day access to coffee and snacks without paying for breakfast, but upon check-in, they explain that you are to avoid the snacking and coffee during the busy breakfast hours.

We were very pleasantly surprised checking into this hotel, it has a very "Soho House" feel to it, and it was much nicer than we expected. The hotel felt very clean, rooms were spacious, breakfast was great! Restaurant/ seating area was really nice and chilled, was nice coming back and just chilling there with a tea/ coffee (free of charge) after a busy day walking around the city. Getting there: We arrived to Paris on the Eurostar, we got the train from the Magenta station to Rosa Parks station and the hotel was about a 5min walk from there, really easy/ quick! Surrounding area/ location: Area wasn't too bad, there is a Lidl supermarket a 1 minute walk away from hotel which was handy and it was close to Rosa Parks station so was easy getting everywhere, there was another station about a 10minute walk away but can't remember the name of the station, but either way, you have a few metro/ train stations to choose from. A really good location overall and well connected/ near transport links so easy to get to all the main attractions and away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. Breakfast: Really good breakfast, I'm vegan so would have been nice to have some more dairy free/ fruit options maybe, but can't complain, the bread was so good! and had decent jams and dairy free milk to have cereals. Drinks/ Snacks: Juices, water, hot drinks, fruit and nuts were provided all day free of charge in the restaurant area, just to note these were of a really high quality too! The orange juice was amazing! and the tea options were outstanding!! Think it was really nice being able to refill your water bottles too, they also sell refillable bottles if you've forgotten to bring your own.

We got charged a much higher rate of city tax than we expected, apparently the rate had changed/ increased since we booked our room, but we weren't notified of this change beforehand, I thought they may have honoured the original rate we booked at but they didn't.

spacious room, well decorated, crisp sheets, clean bathroom. also the club room where you could get tea and coffee and snacks for free was great. there was also a filtered water tap/machine on every floor. the restaurant is beautiful and breakfast is great with enough options. i also thought the noise cancelling was great, as i barely heard neighbouring rooms or the outside noises from the traffick.

Unfortunately there was an odd smell (ammoniak-ish) coming from the matras. i thought it was the sheets, but it wasn't. I also asked them to change the fitted sheet, but the smell persisted, so I checked the top matras and it was that unfortunately. i think it's the fibres or something as the smell was throughout the entire matras. i was in room 422.

Like the environment concept, breakfast was very nice. Room was spacious and clean and good mattress - slept well.

given the environment concept, there was no need to change my towels after my first night stay. I had put them up on the shower curtain for the purpose of having them not replaced. Also on my arrival, I could have been greeted more warmly. Checking out, the lady was absolutely great though. temperature was too warm - it is a shame that it couldn't go down to 19, although I understand this was better for energy saving. I still think that room temperature should be a bit cooler. I would have liked to be able to make a cup of tea.

Very beautiful aesthetic, lovely restaurant/bar/lounge to sit in and have a chat or chill and do some work. Complimentary snack and beverages. Friendly and welcoming staff that are happy to help.

Slightly further out from the main city but still quite easy to get into city centre, approx. 30 minutes. Also no fridge in the room which would be nice in these summer months.

I had a great time at OKKO Hotels during my visit to Paris, the room looked true to the photos, the staff were very friendly and the beds were SOO comfortable. But my main praise is for the staff who helped me decorate the room for my sisters birthday- they were extremely helpful and receptive to my ideas and really made the trip special! Thank you OKKO hotels for all your efforts, I’ll definitely be visiting here again.

Nothing much, its very minimalist which may not be everyone’s taste but I really liked the decor.
