Very clean building and the apartment, nice and safe location. Metro station is right there and you can get anywhere around Paris with no issues. There are restaurants and grocery stores around the hotel.

There is nothing to complain about.

Great location. 5 minutes walk from coach stop from/to Beauvais Airport (route 4, blue). On a Metro line. Great selection of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Fantastic multi-cultural area, friendly. Apartment has everything you might need. Staff friendly and very patient with my attempts to speak French. Bag storage useful as our flights home not til evening. Fan in room most welcome as noisy to have windows open. Comfy bed and sofa bed. Plenty of towels. Shower pressure really good.

Corridor on our floor (4th) had a stale cigarette smoke smell - probably the carpet. The apartment and reception area were clean and modern though. Bath towels were small (am not skinny but am not massive and the towels barely went round me!). Shower head didn’t stay in position so needed to hold by hand. Sofa great to sleep on but bit hard for sitting on to relax.

The staff was very friendly and the property was clean. It had metro stations pretty close.

The bathrooms were crowded and with poor ventilation. The outlets in the small room didn’t work so we had to charge everything in the living room.

The room was a studio flat and it was a great size. We did not expect to have a table and 2 chairs in it. Location would depend on what you wanted to do. We went to Moulin Rouge and a River cruise on the Seine. The rest of the time just wandered around the city, sightseeing. For us, metro was around the corner. It did not take us long to get into central Paris. The room was lovely and clean when we arrived. We had a microwave, hop and fridge in the flat. Supermarket was a short walk away. Brilliant bar with great food across the road called dock café. The manager was very helpful, especially when our French was not so good. We returned there most nights for a drink. Would recommend.

It was a long journey from airport and Only one problem with the flat because we only stayed 5 nights we did not qualify for a cleaner. It would have been nice to have the flat cleaned. However, they did leave us a lot of fresh towels.

I read other comments saying the location is not great but I liked it. It matters what you expect. For me I was prepared that it will be quite far from the city center but having the metro station so close made all the difference. Using it it takes you 30 minutes to be at the Louvre. In fact in my stay in Paris I only used the metro (and once some kind of train for Versailles which is quite far) and the rest I walked. I didn't eat breakfast at the location so I don't know how it is but there is a store near that has everything you need. Plus many and diverse restaurants (there are a korean restaurant and an african restaurant right across the street) and a couple of others. The room was nice and clean and heated very good (it was quite cold when we visited), the bathroom small but clean and ok. The only thing I didn't like was that I had only one roll of toilet paper for 5 days and 4 people. I had to buy more from the store :)

Location is great with the La Vilette Park behind and metro really close. The room had all the facilities we needed for our 1 week stay. There were a lot of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Good value for money all in all

The staff did not give us the right key so we opened the door on someone else's room and was slightly confused about the situation. The cleanliness of the room and hallways was not up to our expectations, but acceptable in the end. It would have been great if the cleaning staff would have come to the room during our 1 week stay but they only come if you stay more than 1 week.

Hotel is 2 minutes by foot from metro station. There are several restaurants and supermarket nearby. Room is very comfortable, heating is perfect. Kitchen corner is also very nice, you have everything you need for quick meals preparations. Sound isolation is very good, we didn't hear other guests. Sometimes we did hear tram from outside, but it is so usual in the city.

Main disadvantage was very, very, small double bad. It was around 140cm wide which wasn't enough for two of us (and we are really fit persons). area around isn't so lively and touristy, there are groups of people in the park that sometimes speak loudly, but if you mind your own business and go straight in your direction, it is ok.

I travelled to Paris to attend a concert at Le Zénith so I booked this accommodation because it is very close to the venue. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the bed. Although it wasn't very uncomfortable for the 2 nights I slept there, I can't imagine sleeping for more nights. The best thing about the accommodation, though, was the reception stuff. They are all very kind and helpful.

The hotel is super close to two metro stops on line 7 which can take you to the city center super quick. There’s also a Los of amenities like supermarkets, parks and restaurants around. The fact that the apartments have their own kitchen lets you prepare some snacks, sandwiches and coffee for breakfast.

The area itself is a bit noisy, having a tram line going every few minutes just in from of the building. Also, for our taste, pillows could’ve been a bit more plush and full.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. We had a concert at Le Zenith which was a 15 min walk so the location for us was very convenient. The staff was really friendly.

Having to make the sofa bed ourselves was a bit complicated, we took some time to figure out how it works.
