The room was large and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was cleaned every day which was unexpected. There were complimentary drinks in the fridge which were re-stocked everyday. The hotel was a 30 second walk to the nearest subway station which was great as we were able to get off in the centre of Paris saving us using Ubers. The breakfast in the hotel was good, I had it one morning and there was plenty of snacks such as fresh baguettes, cheeses, hams, toast, fruit, jams, cereal and more.

I was almost overcharged for my breakfast. They tried to charge me 80 euros for one day. However they quickly sorted out this issue and I paid the correct amount.

Quite close to Zenith arena where I went to a concert the same evening. Quiet room away from the street. Very nice reception staff that allowed me to check in earlier due to the concert. Good breakfast.

Don’t think the air condition worked in my room. No big deal, since it was possible to open the window. Breakfast area is not so large , so it get crowded quite quickly.

Good value, excellent location for the Philharmonie, also only 30 minutes on the Metro to most of the main sightseeing attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There was no central heating, breakfast room was cold, heating in bedrooms, reversing the air con for the Winter was slow to warm up and ineffective. Bedrooms were poor for a group like Mercure, rather “tired” need decorating and less cheap and drab furnishings.

The hotel was in a good location, and public transport like metro station, tran, and bus were close by. Reception 24 hours and hotel staff were polite and helpful. We arrived before check-in time and wanted to drop the baggage, but they helped check in right away, which helped to get time for travel around the city without comeback for check-in. We were family of 4 adults, and the bed arrangement was good with two double beds. Overall for us it was a nice and comfortable stay. Recommended for all types of travellers, single, couple, and family.

The staff is super friendly and tried to help as good as possible. The room was spacious enough and had all the needed equipment. Good positioning within Paris which allows you to get everywhere within half an hour.

The rooms were lacking some 'luxerious' options. There was no bathroom equipment besides a 5 in 1. The breakfast was very limited. The alarm went off 3 to 4 times in a span of 2/3 hours. The room itself had the feeling like it's getting outdated

Love the location, very close to the metro, great access to everything, just perfect. Very friendly stuff, everyone was just helpful.

It’s a bit outdated, our bathroom had mould. The reception looks fine, but as soon as you get to the 2nd floor (where our room was), it just didn’t look clean or we’ll taken care of, but you might be lucky and get to the room and it’s not that bad. We asked for a cot bed but it was falling apart and didn’t look safe, so we ended up not using it, but didn’t complain.

Excellent location. Bars, restaurants shops and the metro was a few steps away. It's also a few steps away from an outdoor cinema and azz café. There is also a tourist information centre across the road. Lovely part of Paris. Staff at the hotel very friendly and extremely helpful. I travelled with my parents, husband and 3 children. An excellent stay. We used the metro from here to do all of the typical tourist visits and returned late at night. The buffet breakfast was excellent. I would visit the hotel and this area of Paris again.

Breakfast buffet was very good, only one of the 2 lifts were working so for a building with 9 floors and 3 basements (for the car park) there was quite a wait for the lift. During a busy spell the car parking could be tight but there was a car park across the road if needed, we were lucky and did not. Overall we had a good stay and would go back again.

Lifts needed attention.

I liked the restaurant lady, with the blonde hair. She could of been one of the managers. She did recommend a very nice desert, which I had to share with my husband and daughter, because it was so tasty. Also she recommended and helped my husband to buy entrance tickets to Tim Burtons show, the Labyrinth. Don’t think, we would of managed to buy, if it wasn’t her as it was all in French language. Also male receptionist was very nice and informative.
