We had a wonderful stay at the Résidence Hoche in Paris and are extremely grateful for the excellent service. The hotel conditions were great, with our room being cleaned daily, trash taken out, and fresh towels provided in the bathroom. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional help from the receptionist. On our last day, we were at risk of missing our flight and he went above and beyond to assist us. Despite us leaving our luggage at the hotel, he personally carried it to the metro station, saving us at least 20 minutes of valuable time. This kind gesture was crucial as we needed to catch the last train to the airport. We are incredibly thankful for the outstanding service and will definitely recommend this hotel to others!

We picked the hotel due to the proximity to the Metro stop. It was the perfect location for our needs. We were doing a combination of sightseeing and Paralympic sport watching so only used the hotel to sleep🤣 We slept well but also found the restaurants and shops very good within walking distance of the hotel.

The area around the hotel isn't the most beautiful or attractive and the view from the bedroom was untidy back alleys but we didn't book it for the views only the location. My partner did say she wouldn't have liked to walk alone to the hotel.

The rooms were small but had everything you need in them and super clean.. the hotel was close to the metro which was amazing for getting about. The staff in the hotel were super helpful

Our bed wasn't the best. There was a dip in the middle so ended up with bad backs. Also no extra heating apart from a little radiator near the window so did get cold at times. We were offered to move rooms but had already unpacked and got sorted so didn't want to pack up again

It's quite central to almost everywhere and there's a metro nearby

The rooms are quite noisy when one takes a shower and goes in and out... It's quite loud

No breakfast, location fabulous for travelling on the metro. Line 5 links to all lines and stations necessary to move easily around Paris.

Room size a little bigger, elevator, fridge, would have made it better. But we were on a budget as we were staying in Europe for 8 weeks, you get what you pay for. We got value for our money.

Good value for the money…in Paris. The staff was nice, helpful. Location close to the metro station and a few shops where you can have breakfast. Very very quiet, something incredible for Paris. Room was warm.

Neighbourhood is not the best but we knew where we booked the room. Considering ten money paid and the vicinity of the metro station I would say it was really a good deal so we will book again when we are in Paris.

The room was very clean and modern. Bathroom was nicely done. Staff friendly and helpful. Ideally situated for the metro and the Zenith, which we walked to for our gig. Safe in room and security if entering the property at night was good with a passcode and a key

Luckily I’d asked for a low floor as there is no lift and lots of stairs to upper floors, but staff very accommodating with my request.

Very clean completely refurbished room (including the bathroom) with new fan, new kettle and new safe in room. Very light room with street view and neutral decor. The hotel felt secure. Plenty of space for one person (would have been fine for two) with good size super comfy bed, reading lights and bedside sockets. Metro station 2 mins walk away at end of street. Very friendly polite reception staff/owner.

Was aware that was not central but had picked for its value for money and proximity to metro, however, there is a lack of appealing cafes in the area (especially as a solo traveller) so if you want to eat out probably best to do so before returning to hotel for the evening. Was also aware that no lift, but if you are unable to carry bags three flights of stairs may not be for you.

Outstandingly accommodating and friendly staff! Very close to the metro and well connected to the city centre and central stations. Clean bathroom with amenities, good price for value in Paris!

Walls are very thin (which is not a problem for me personally but for people who are sensitive to sound it should be considered prior).
