The accessibility to the metro station and the space of the room/bathroom. The area around the hotel was also nice, close to the canal. The general cleanliness of the room and cleaning services.

The temperature in the room was very hot and humid around this time of the year (June), but there was a large window you can open so that was nice. There was an air controller, but this only kicked inn on the last day for some reason - you can’t control the thermostat. The limited amount of charging plugs - there should be some by the sofa and the bed. The hotel needs a bit of an update since it’s an older hotel.

The hotel is very easily reached by metro line 5. Also, it is very close to the trails along the recreational canal which can be used for running or for walking all the way to downtown Paris. There is free storage of your luggage, so we could go to Paris after checking out and pick our bags in the evening. The receptionists are very friendly and engaging in assisting people. (They are responsible for making coffee for people in the lobby cafe in addition to their work at the reception)

The bed lamps did not work. There were only 4 hangers. There was only 1 chair.

The breakfast was very poor. We were here for 5 days and had to choose from the same 4-5 types of food. If we went to breakfast a little later, it is not certain that everything was available. If something ran out, it was very difficult to refill or replace it. There was cleaning every day, but the towels were only changed on the last day, and even then they were not left for the whole family.

It was quite warm, so air-conditioning was a plus. It didn't work in the first room we git but we got another room after mentioning it. Both rooms were very spacious with a big bathroom.

I put a tap to the sink and it got stuck. We mentioned this to the staff but nobody came to fix it. Fortunately we didn't need the sink much, but I hope they will fix it before the next guest.

The place was very clean, comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful and it was very close to the train station which made it very easy to get to the centre of Paris.

Nothing , everything was brilliant .

The location of the hotel was good. Well connected to the city centre. The rooms were cleaned daily. Basic amenities were available in the room. Value for money.

Only one socket available for charging in a room.

I have one concern because you ask to give you my feedback about the hotel Today morning before I made my check out I was looking from the window and I sow dump in the hotel walls surface outside and I was asking my self why people on charge didn’t think to paint the hotel from outside ?..

Clean and quiet affordable hotel. Was perfect for an event that I went to near by.

It's not in the nicest part of Paris. The hot water in the shower seemed a bit temperamental.

The hotel is under new management, and everything is getting renovated and improved. We've stayed there several times because of its location only a few steps from the metro.

The breakfast menu is still getting new items, and for example the fruit salad was too acidic/tart.
