Breakfast I’m very grateful for but didn’t cater too much to the essentials I’m use to eating. The room was very small and the beds were horrible. Every day my friend and I woke up with back pain. I recommend new mattresses and please add a sheet under your comforter because I know you’re not washing it every time someone checks out. Also why don’t you have wash rags for your face as well as other parts of your body. Disgusting. There was a female receptionist at the counter who always looked at me and never smiled nor friendly like any of the other employees. Fix the other elevator.

The breakfast buffet was great, the front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is close to many restaurants and especially the metro station. The room is spacious enough for a family and the bathroom is nice.

It didn’t have a microwave or a mini fridge. We were traveling with a 3 year old who still drinks milk so we needed to store milk in the room. We have to constantly go out to get water and food. And the floor was not vacuumed when we asked for a room service. The toiletries like tissue, toilet paper were not replaced even if our stay was a total of 6 days.

Included breakfast had all options available. Lovely part of Paris to stroll along the Canals and close to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, a beautiful park to visit. Only 30 minute Taxi or Uber ride to CDG airport (with no traffic incidents - can be more during peak times).

Noisy carpet in hallways when towing suitcases, wine bar downstairs that plays music until late and smoke odour in room (hotel is non-smoking however previous guest smoked in the room - we were quickly moved to an odourless room by the friendly helpful staff).

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short 2-night trip and was very impressed. The room provided excellent comfort and was perfectly suited for a brief stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome. Additionally, the hearty breakfast each morning was a delightful way to start our day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel .

The only downside was the parking; unfortunately, the hotel’s lot was full when we arrived, but fortunately, we were able to park on the street in front of the hotel and it did not cause any inconvenience.

I loved everything about the Holiday Inn Express in this location, one of the BEST, staff (front desk, servers for breakfast, cleaning staff) were exceptional!!! Very professional, friendly and made our visit worth while that we picked that location. The breakfast was amazing, always an amazing spread, variety of food for everyone, we tried it all, delicious!!! Room was perfect, we had access to the balcony to the canal, fantastic view and to be able to sit out side to get fresh air and saw everything. We had a family member who was wheelchair bound and the staff was amazing helping us make space at breakfast. We received exceptional services from Erwan and another front desk staff who helped us find a great exchange place within walking distance of the hotel. The person at the exchange was great as well. I would definitely book this location again!!!

The breakfast was great, and made it easy to start a day of exploring and sightseeing without having to figure out a place to feed everyone. We thought the location was lively and fun even though it was a long walk from some sights (and one of the nights was noisy in the businesses and on the street below when we were trying to sleep). It was fun to explore along the canal. The staff were really helpful with needs for our stay and giving us tips for visiting the city.

It was a little bit hard to manage the temperature in the room, especially when outside noise was too much for us with the window open at night. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room to store food.

During my recent stay in Paris, I experienced exceptional hospitality at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, the neighborhood charming, and to my delight, I was upgraded to a room with a breathtaking river view without even asking. Additionally, the breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options replenished constantly, making each morning a delightful start to my day.

Although I was aware beforehand that the room did not come with a refrigerator, having one would have still enhanced the convenience of my stay. Nonetheless, this minor inconvenience did not overshadow the overall positive experience I had at the hotel.

We stayed in late June in a Standard Family Room with Marina View with 2 adults and our 17 and 20 year-old kids. The hotel overall is clean and updated. Our room was a good size and they provided 1 double bed and 2 single beds (1 sofa bed and 1 roll-away). All the beds were pretty comfortable. The view was over the canal, which was nice. The location was a bit of a walk from Gare du Nord, where we had arrived on the Eurostar from London, but it was doable. The closest Metro station was not super close, but also walkable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, though basic (croissants, sausages, cold sliced meats, yogurt, fresh fruits etc.). The weather was hot in Paris, but the room's air conditioning kept us very comfortable. Room was also quiet and we slept well.

We were very satisfied. We had a quiet room with a canal view. It was small but ok. Breakfast was brilliant, wide selection of both salty and sweet as well as hot and cold dishes, great coffee and a lot of teas. Also the staff was very friendly and proactive with cleaning and refilling.

Safe/tresor on a room would be appreciated. Also maybe something like a closet or a cupboard.

The location is very good. Close to restaurants and pubs, the view is very scenic as well. 5 minutes walk from the metro station. Very good breakfast. It includes scrambled eggs, sausages, beans, selection of bread, 3 types of cheeses, ham (and something they call chicken ham), corn flakes, pancakes, croissaints and pain au chocolate, coffee, juices.

We have booked a room with a queen bed, instead we got a room with two single beds, which you couldn't put together as they were different heights. There is no fridge in the room. The beds are not comfortable. I was waking up alot during the night just to change position because something started to hurt.
