The beds were comfortable and the staff were lovely. It was really good value for money. The hotel was easy to get to and could travel in and around Paris very quickly with the metro. The views from our room were really nice and there was a lift which was good as we stayed on the top floor. We also had a balcony which was unexpected.

There was no hand soap in the room and a kettle would have been nice.

The room was perfectly clean, stuff polite and attentive, the room in which I've been is located on the 5th floor and there is an elevator. You can hear other people in the hotel, but it is a hotel, not a private building. It is the best value for money I've seen in Paris. The area doesn't look nice, but people in the hotel and shops nearby make it better.

Easy to find (a short walk from Stalingrad Metro station). Friendly welcome from the staff, English spoken. Check-in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable, bed and bedding was clean. Good storage space (wardrobe and shelves). Room was quiet, no noise from outside. Bathroom and shower clean and fully working. Continental breakfast for 12EUR pp was good. Overall, great value hotel, convienient for the metro, Gare du Nord and the city. A couple of good cheap places to eat nearby and a supermarket nearly opposite

The general area appears less than salubrious, but is actually ok.

Easy to check in. Warm welcome by Hakim at the reception. Clean and comfortable room and good breakfast. It is just a 2 mins wall from the metro station. Plus, good value for money.

It was very clean and smelled good. They refreshed the room every day. The central heating was awsome and it did the job. We had a wonderful view to Sacre Coeur. The metro station Stalingrad is a 3 minutes walk and you can go anywhere in Paris from there. The staff was very friendly and smiley. There is a backyard with tables for smoking. In the neighborhood there are many stores with fruits and everything else you need and many places to eat at a fair price.

Very modern and clean rooms and extremely helpful staff. The beds were comfortable and the first room we had - we stayed at this hotel twice - even had a view of the Sacre Core in the distance. The neighbourhood seemed a bit sketchy at first but we returned late on several occasions and never had any issues. The location is within walking distance of Mont Martre (30 mins) and the Centre Pompidou (45 minutes). It is very well connected with the Metro, too. Would definitely visit again! We could leave our luggage securely at the hotel all day on the day we left which was super convenient! All the staff were friendly and spoke good English.

The area around the hotel is not the safest at night, but you choose for it when booking here. The hotel front door is only opened by the staff at all times, so no outsiders can get in.

Location was excellent for our trip and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fine and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small but the shower was good.

Just a 100m for the metro and walking distance to Gare du Nord, we found the hotel not too remote for our ventures around Paris. OK, the area is not the best but we didn't feel unsafe and the nearby bakery was more than helpful. We're not big morning eaters and so we have no view on breakfast. As for the hotel, the staff were excellent, answering our questions, helping us plan the best travel and holding all our luggage for the final day. The room, although basic was clean, comfortable and recently renovated with good size bed and bathroom, especially good shower, All in all, if not fussed about the surroundings then its an ideal base for short stays.
