Modern design hotel & feels brand new. Everything was clean. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is not too small & very well-equiped. And the room is cozy & has good facilities like coffee/tea maker, a cable tv, telephone, and enough lighting & electric outlets. I also appreciate that we had a room with a juliet balcony overlooking the city view outside. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were friendly & accommodating.

Location is a little hit & miss. Deceivingly near train stations but still a long walk. I don’t want to sound racist, but the area is a bit overrun by I dunno if they are refugees or what. But it felt like a very hipster neighborhood. I thought I was at the Bronx or some Arab or Indian city (if you know what I mean). The hotel is also a little bit hard to find because of the very small & discreet signage.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely friendly hotel. We had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable with lovely bedding. The booklet containing guest information was very useful with recommendations for places to eat nearby. The self service breakfast was good. The hotel was easily reached by the metro lines 2 and 12 and the No 38 bus.

The hotel is not in a great area. However we weren't returning to the hotel late at night so it wasn't an issue.

This was an excellent hotel for the price! It was clean, modern and had everything needed for a short stay in Paris. The staff was absolutely wonderful, very helpful and chatty in a way that made you feel welcome. The room was on the first floor (which is the second floor by the American tradition) and even though it faced the street, it was not loud. The location is quite nice, especially if you go towards the Marx Dormoy metro station (metro 12). There is a wonderful bakery there and tons of locals going about their business. The other station La Chapelle (metro 2) has a lot seedier vibe, but nothing out of the ordinary for any big city. We did not have to use air conditioning or heat, so I cannot speak to the efficacy of those. The window opens, in case that is as important as it is for me.

The bathroom design is imperfect to say the least which is a pity, as the room itself seem to be recently and tastefully decorated. But the floor in the ENTIRE bathroom does get wet, so be prepared to use all your towels to pet it dry. This might not be a problem on a very hot day, which was not the case when we were there, but in general - I don't know what the bathroom designer was thinking.

We have stayed here before. We liked the hotel because it was clean and tidy. The rooms are compact, but modern and well designed. The staff, from cleaners to receptionists, go out of their way to make sure that your stay is enjoyable,

The only drawback with the hotel is its location. It is very convenient for access to the Gare du Nord ( a ten minute walk) and the Metro, just a three minute walk to La Chapelle Metro Station. However, the area of La Chapelle is run down and dirty, though not intimidating.

The room was modern and very clean. The A/C was working properly and the room was relatively cheaper than average hotels in Paris. Great for a short stay.

The location and surroundings of the hotel. Even though we looked for a place near Gare Du Nord, we realized it was not the best idea since the surrounding areas makes you feel like you've come to a North African city instead of Paris. It certainly did not feel safe hence we had to take Uber or Bolt most of the time.

Third time staying here because I like this hotel so much. The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms are really nice, furnishing are in perfect condition and linen and towels are high quality. The atmosphere feels really peaceful despite being 2 minutes away from a metro station and 10 minutes from Gare du Nord. Always spotlessly clean. Appreciate that they provide a kettle and hot drink options. When going out, you leave your key at the desk, which is staffed 24h, and pick it back up when you get back - I find this really convenient and a relief to not have to worry about misplacing a key when I'm out.

It's a small thing but in the rooms I've stayed only one side of the bed had access to the main lights, and had a usb charging port.

Room and staff were very good. Breakfast good too.

Not very happy with the location. Couldn’t fault the hotel at all, but felt quite threatened by people constantly loitering in the streets around and outside the hotel to the extent that we didn’t go out or return at night which had an impact on our break. There were no reviews or indications of this before booking. If we’d known, we’d have chosen another area.

The receptionist especially Fillipo was so lovely to engage with and on our first night he gave us so much advice. The room is so clean and the breakfast is excellent value for money. Hot food like eggs and chicken etc.. and in this quaint little cellar looking room in the basement. I cannot fault the hotel at all and conveniently located near two train lines.

The hotel is awesome and very safe. Just be careful alot of sketchy people linger around at night on the streets nearby. This will only apply to you if you feel like going for a walk nearby. If you are a female traveller make sure you catch a cab. Fillipo was kind enough to give us this advice. We opted to take taxis after the first night and it was great. Bolt is a great app and the fares are quite reasonable.

Overall nice property, multiple food/ coffee shops near. Close to train stations. Close to buses. If you are up to it a beautiful walk to the Arc/Eiffel Tower. The depth of the tub was awesome— great bath!

Just different— having to leave your key each time you leave the property. No food/eating in the room ( they do have somewhere for you to store your left overs)

The reception staff were absolutely excellent, could not have been more helpful. The room was comfortable and good to have a room safe. There were a couple of food shops near by that were handy and for a meal it was just a short walk to a good Brassiere.

I did not like that the drink choice in the room = 2 teabags, a green tea one and a herbal one. I normally carry my own teabags but sadly had forgotten them. .
