The location of the hotel was great, Carrefour is just next door to it and plenty of choices for restaurants nearby. The hotel was closed to metro stations too. The room was small but clean. The bed sheets for the double bed were replaced everyday but not the top bed (we stayed in a triple room). The towels were only provided for two even though the occupancy was for three people, so we had to ask the receptionist for the extra towel.

A very good price for Paris ( booked well in advance of trip). A metro at end of street, a supermarket next door, two fairly decent bar restaurants opposite metro, along with a bakery. Round corner from metro was also a Macdonald's and a subway. Link into all main attractions was easy. We felt safe walking around here, even when dark. Car park under hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room clean. A great stay, would definatly stay here again.

This is an Ibis Budget so room for three a bit on small side and no separate bathroom, just a shower within the room. But we did know this before we went and there to see Paris so didn t spend much time in room. I m not complaining about this, that is how Ibis Budget's are, just pointing it out to anyone who may not know this this is a great value hotel and I d stay again.

Good location, bedroom basic but comfortable and clean. Great supermarket next door. Choice of 3 metro stations within easy 4-6 min walk and easy commute to the main sightseeing attractions. €34 for a taxi to the airport which is only 30 mins drive away. The location is great and the canal area has lots of bars and restaurants with a great vibe. Filter water machine in reception to fill water bottles as well as a microwave. Free WiFi and ability to cast your phone to the tv to each streaming apps etc. great water pressure in shower.

The hallway carpets could do with a bit of a deep clean but other than that it was great and brilliant value for money.

Location was very pretty right next to the canal, local bakeries and a tube station making it very easy to get too and explore the amazing sites. Toilets were clean and separate from the shower. The rooms were basic but good and the beds were remade every day. The pillows were 10/10. The staff were nice and polite and had good English. They gave us extra towels and toilet paper when we asked. Would recommend coming here and was great value for the price

The aircon in our room leaked by the door meaning we had to watch our step when exiting and entering the room to avoid getting into an accident.

WE booked a room for our Paris visit and it was really a budget hotel for us- Very good price for the value. I mean, they offer breakfast and a nice room for a family of 3. Our son loved the bunk bed on top us the main bed. It was a huge fun for him. The bathroom may be a small but I would say functional and practical. I saw some reviews about the door of the bathroom being transparent etc but if you have a family, it shouldn't be a problem. It is clean and housekeeping ladies visit everyday to change the bed sheet and clean the room. The breakfast is enough. Not the best but worth the money paid. The location is also good as it is close to two different metro lines. You also can use the parking area under the building with a very easy access. And the staff is very friendly certainly from reception to housekeepers to maintenance team. Great job there!

Nothing to complain about. That's a great budget hotel and accommodated us very well.

Perfect, safe location, with many restaurants, coffee shops and bars in area. Good access to public transport. Good breakfast reasonably priced. Big thanks to cleaning and reception personnel for sending back the items we left behind. There is no kettle or safe box in the room but that is understandable taking under consideration the low price of accommodation. To be fair in my area for that price you would be not able to get a backpackers hostel.

The shower doors are semi frost so U don't get much privacy especially that the shower enclosure is basically fitted in the room - fair enough it is visible on the pictures. Another strange solution was the toilet door which was a bit like a flap door with gaps above and below. Basically everyone in the bedroom could hear and smell whatever you were doing your business in the toilet.

It was perfect for 2 night stay, very quiet. Was located right around the corner from paddle boats and swimming on Paris Plage, carousel etc, all free in summer, when u book your place at 12 noon or 3pm on the day. Had what you needed. Air-conditioned comfortable bed. Bunk bed suitable for kids over 6. Hairdryer was available from reception. Large shop next door. You could fill water bottle in foyer which was great in hot weather. Beautiful breakfast buffet , indoor or outdoor seating. 9.90 each, half price children, well worth it, we were there at 8.30, busy by 9am. Definitely stay there again

The lobby was great, with plenty of friendly staff. The lobby had vending machines with amenities alongside food and snacks, another pro was the free wafer refills and bag lockers space. Room was a good size, and the hotel had lots of food bars and restaurants near by with great happy hour deals. Felt a safe and vibrant area, would come back!

The toilet doors didn’t lock, it was also like a barn door so not right to the floor - so make sure you feel comfortable with your travel buddy. Our air con didn’t seem to work but it was nice with the window open as you could fully open them up.

Excellent breakfast, plenty of choices. Basic facilities in room, but everything I needed, clean, comfortable and quiet so good nights sleep. Friendly helpful reception staff on arrival and first morning helping me to find my way round Paris on Metro. Good location close to Metro stations and Gare Du Nord, Gare Du Est plus supermarket next door and canal 2 minute walk at back of hotel.

Would prefer toilet, shower and wash basin to all be together. A little unusual to have shower and washbasin in room. A little more storage space: shelves, draws etc for clothes etc would have been preferred.
