The location and area is fantastic. A nice mix of cultures means there's so many different cuisines on your doorstep. There are also supermarkets and bars in less than a 5 mins walk. Bolivar metro is 30 secs away and Jaures which connects you to Gare Du Nord (Eurostar) is 6 mins walk and 2 stops away. (Note exit 4 is the best one) The area also felt very safe at night, we returned at around midnight after an event and the streets were well lit with people present. Would not hesitate to return as the hotel offers good value for money and the room we were in was exactly like the pictures shown.

Not a dislike per se but it was soooo hot when we were there that a mini fridge in the room would have been great. Reception did offer to let us cool food and drinks but that would have meant going up and downstairs and if you wanted a drink late at night we didn't want to disturb them. In the end, we just kept stuff in our room but it got warm quite quickly.

The staff were really lovely, welcoming, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and warm and surprisingly quiet considering it faced the main road. Really good location close to the beautiful Parc des Buttes Chaument and there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and other places to grab some food. The bus stop and a Metro station are right next to the establishment and I was able to walk from the Gare du Nord, which took around 25 minutes or so. I will definitely return to this hotel.

I found the property to be good value for money. It has all that it needs and it was clean. The staff was friendly and the location was on a quiet street with trees close to the metro station. Although it is not situated in the center, you can easily get to the center as it is located on one of the main metro lines.

The design is simple, but nice. The room isn’t big, but cozy. You have everything that you need. We asked additionally for a kettle and iron, it was provided. The location is nice, metro station is close and you can get to all sights. The stuff is supportive and nice.

Our room located on street side and it was a bit noisy on the first day, but we were so tired, so generally is fine. Once our neighbors were quite noisy.

A 10 minute metro ride from the Gare de l'Est in the 19th Arr. Located in a lively neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was larger and nicer than expected. The hotel looks recently updated and well cared for.

There is no lift, so be prepared for stairs.

Super clean room, toilet and bed sheets. No signs of any bed bugs. Room cleaned every day. Spick and span bedsheets. Cozy small rooms and bathrooms. Just 20 mts from metro - bolivar(7b) - few steps away. Marche Secretan bus stop both ways up and down the road is literally right in front of the hotel ( bus no 26 ). From Gare du Nord - 4/5 stops by bus 26 or 20 minutes walking. Very convenient and safe neighborhood. I loved the location and my stay. I got a room on the ground floor. I am happy with my stay no problem . The hotel is small and has no lift. The staircase is small and only 2 floors. I hope it shouldnot be a problem if u have luggage. Just talk to them and ask for a room on the ground floor. Yes you can others moving next room / upper floor but considering the location its absolutely worth it. If I ever come to Paris again i will stay here again.

Nicely equipped hotel for short stays, really great value for money as a last minute booking during the last leg of the Olympics. Also liked the soap in the bathroom! Plenty of towels were given and staff were friendly.

Air con was not working, there was a small fan in the room that made it better. Luckily was not too hot otherwise the stay would have been uncomfortable. The room is also small, we pushed the bed to the side of the wall to make room for our luggage.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was pleasant, and I would book with it again. To begin with, it's clean which is very important, and close to a metro stop which is super convenient. Additionally, it is close to food places, grocery stores, a bus stop, and is located on a quiet street in Paris. The room was spacious, with a double or queen-sized bed. The sheets were clean and there were enough pillows. In my case, there were 4 of them. There was a small desk with a kettle, 2 glasses, and some sugar packets. Probably to make tea or coffee if you wanted but the tea and coffee were not included. I imagine one would have to buy some themselves. There were also enough places to put your stuff. It had enough hangers to hang jackets or a scarf or clothes for that matter. It also has enough outlets and a couple of USB ports to charge your electronics. The bathroom was clean and had enough towels. The staff is really nice and can give you more towels if you need them. The bathroom had a couple of sample-sized bar soaps and 2 shower gel packets, but I have learned to never rely on hotels for that anymore so I bring my own shampoo & conditioner, and shower gel. The bathroom had a heater that doubled as a towel-drying rack, which is cool. You can have warm and dry towels when you need them. The staff was really nice, friendly and helpful.

Keeping in mind that this is a small, tiny hotel, don't expect a continental breakfast. They do not have a big dining room, so the breakfast options are limited but nevertheless delicious. Granted I went to have my breakfast a little late in the morning, and most of the food was gone (for obvious reasons), I could still see what they were offering for breakfast. They have a medium-sized bookshelves-style rack where they place their breakfast items. They had pastries like croissants and pain au chocolat, sliced baguettes, jams, and yogurt, and to drink they had orange juice, water, and coffee.

Loved this little gem of a hotel; like how a hotel should be. Clean, a friendly reception, 24/7 receptionist, tea pot and great attention to detail in the room setup. After several disappointing experiences at Airbnbs, this was refreshing. Loads of supermarkets, bakery options nearby to refuel.

The electric plug points were a bit unsteady, the bathroom is tiny as is the wash basin. The soap in the dispensers was too liquidy. The cupboard had a musty feel to it.

Location, Location, Location. There is a wonderful park nearby, no tourists, 80 or it 100? meters from the Metro. Staff are great and I know I shouldn't because it's France but everyone understood my English which did make my wife's request for a kettle very easy, and it was no problem... Room was clean, spotless bedding, well appointed bathroom (also seriously clean).
