- Had a kitchen. - Bed was good. - The blanket was for couples, great! - You can change the towels and sheets yourself if needed - You feel independent - windows are good isolated against the sound from trains

- many areas in the corners of the room were not clean - old TV without smart function - staff barely or doesn't speaks or understands english, that's very unwelcoming for a tourist! - air conditioner seems uncleaned - in the bath the exhaustion pipe didn't work

The location was perfect with a metero and train next to the hotel and its ideal that it includes a kitchen.

The only issue was the vibrations from the train, which sometimes gave the feeling that someone was about to open the door

The room is spacious and has all necessary facility at the right place. We like the style of this residence home. The location is good, with convenient access to train and metro.

The stove in our room doesn't work. We reported it to the staff but didn't get it repaired during our seven-day stay. We were a bit disappointed with the efficiency of their support service.

The aparthotel is very conveniently located near the train station and has everything we need for a holiday. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We had a room facing the tracks and I was able to hear the faint sounds of the trains. My son loved it though as he could see all types of trains passing through the station. Ask for a room not facing the tracks if you are sensitive to sounds.

We were impressed with the minidishwasher under the sink. Very cute and practical! Our room was clean, the staff was great, and we would stay here again. We especially enjoyed the variety of stores and metro stops on the main street that was about 3 blocks from the hotel. The nearby trains were not a distraction.

We were initially put-off by the appearance of the neighborhood near the exit from the RER and the walk to the hotel. Don't be! Once we got our bearings, it was clear that the whole neighborhood was safe.

The location was super good.the room has the required amenities.the staffs Sandra, Chris, Camille were friendly and guided us as required.Rosa parks is close to airport and probably 30 mins ( max)by train/ bus to all the tourist spots.The Lidl supermarket is just opposite.the neighbourhood is safe and we had a view of the Iron Lady and Sacre couer basilica from our room. No cons at all absolutely Will recommend to all my friends

Nice place, interesting room design, like an apartment. This can be useful for families, because it is possible to, for example, cook food for yourself there. Also, there is a supermarket very close to the hotel. Transport is also close, and at some distance there is a very nice green park. Quite close to the city center. Very important thing - there is a safe in the room, this is very convenient. In general, nice and charming place, I liked it very much! And the breakfast is also very good!

The hotel is just aside railway station. Because of that, you can hear moving trains when in the room. There is nothing to do with that, of course. However, it would be good if they would activate AC during all the year around to be controlled from the room, so that during the night you could close the windows. Otherwise you need to slightly open windows in order to get some fresh air, and then you hear trains till late and from early morning again.

First the location is good because it is only about 2 minutes walk to the Rosa Parks train station, 2 minutes to 2 supermarkets & only 5 minutes to the Crimee Metro station, providing easy access to central Paris. Parking was in a secure underground garage & the cost for this was reasonable. Our room had a good sized fridge, microwave, kettle, induction cook top, sink & dishwasher. The bed was large & comfortable. The shower worked well & had good pressure. The reception desk is manned 24hrs and the staff were helpful providing good information about catching public transport etc.

The aircon in the room did not work well enough, so we opened the windows to let cooler air in, but at night in order to sleep we had to close the windows so we wouldn't hear the trains.

Great facilities and Apartment was a great size. Location was also great with RER trains 5 minute walk from the property

Some of the Reception persons need to be more "Tourist friendly" and try and be more helpful with customer inquiries. If it is a problem with not understanding, then say so politely.

I chose this hotel based on these criterias: spacious room, (also the bathroom was spacious), no carpets on the floor, and a small kitchen! I am very satisfied with my stay and we enjoyed a quiet breakfast in the room with croissants from bakeries around the corners. Friendly and helpful staff, easy to travel into central Paris by train or by metro. Very clean room and even a closet to tidy away the clothes. Since this is an apartmenthotel, roomservice is only after five days, but to us that was just fine, and we could ask for more towels when needed. I would be happy to stay here again!
