After reading several reviews I was a little apprehensive about having booked this hotel but upon arrival I was nicely surprised. Admittedly it’s location is not the greatest being a good twenty minute drive from the centre of Paris but the local cabs are quicker, cheaper and more reliable than an Uber. The security measures in place was welcoming but one can only surmise that these were put in place when the underpass was occupied by beggars. The rooms are stylishly decorated with tea/coffee making facilities included. The room it well lit having a large double glazed window that if your clever enough to have brought long-nosed pliers you’ll be able open. The hotel is great for a short stay due to one fact that there is limited clothes storage. That said it’s best features are definitely the shower which was superb and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in while away. Transport links to the city centre are located a short distance away, should you wish to use up an hour or more of your time. My advice as mentioned above is use a local cab into the city at a cost of €20-€25. A little past the metro is were you’ll stumble upon the local shopping area. Please note that shops/supermarkets are not allowed to sell alcohol after 9pm local time. However bats and hotels can do so until 11pm local time. A few reviews mentioned people being hassled by beggars etc but as a group of four, two couples we found no such problem. So if you’re looking for cheap digs that are pretty decent don’t look too far.

On arrival our hotel room had two pillows thick enough for a baby. We asked reception for two more, which was promised later that evening. Sadly only one came the following day.

The location is a bit spooky but has good connections to public transport.

The receptionist was very rude. We approached reception for early check-in as my wife needed to use the toilet, but the receptionist outright said early check-in is NOT possible. After looking at the display in the reception, there is an option for early check-in, so we asked him again about the displayed service. Then he said, he accepted and did the early check-in.

I liked the service of the staff, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good making the price very fair. The rooms are small but functional, comfortable and at a pleasant temperature.

The location is definitely a downside. Not because of the distance from the center, but because of the dangers around the hotel. There are a lot of homeless people and drug addicts in the region. I saw a lot of police patrolling, but the feeling of danger is constant.

The Hotel is a 10min walk from the metro station and there is also a bus station, literally 2min away. The city center is 30-40 min and Monmarte just 20min. The area isn't particulary safe during the night, but very busy during the day. So we just took the bus when returning after hours, so we wouldn't have to walk a lot. The room is small, but the bed is quite large. Perfectly fine if you just want a place to sleep. The wifi signal was pretty good The stuff really polite and helpfull. And the help desk works 24h. And overall value for money, concidering you are in Paris.

Nothing important. They provide just one towel per guest. Truth is we didn't ask for more. They would propably give us.

Amazing breakfast for less then 10e! We didn't have any expectations about view from the window or room, because we were spending all our time in the city. But the area around the hotel looks quite dangerous, but they didn't even look at us ;) I think they got used to see tourists everyday, so don't be afraid

Bed was the comfiest bed I have had in a hotel for a while. The shower was awesome and easy to use. Having two plug sockets And two USB ports near the bed was incredible and made my friends who were staying at another hotel envious.

The floor was waterproof, which is nice because of the shower location, but it was a little dirty and cold on my feet when I took my socks off at the end of the day. The main light switch was in a spot that wasn't very intuitive as I initially thought this was a light for the bathroom.

Friendly staff was very pleased able to check into room on arrival had 9th floor refurb room nice comfy double bed separate WC shower and basin TV heater and good continental breakfast with cook your own egg's

Bad location police everywhere undesirable people in the street 5in walk to metro and bus via building site

The supplies of this hotel are good. Toilet and bathroom are divided, which is reasonable design although the spaces are not very big. We booked the hotel few days before our trip but the price is economical.

Due to road construction, it seems that not very convenient to reach but actually is not so far from the metro station. The region …for tourists should be ATTENTION (it's not the fault of this hotel). We met a druggie asked money ontheway from this hotel to metro station... We said we don't have cash. The druggie asked us take money from ATM...

the staff were wonderful and very help with our needs or requests. The room was very clean and quiet.

I knew from the reviews it wasn’t in the best part of town, which is why the price is great for Paris. But getting to and from the metro was fine, especially during the day. And it is very easy to travel anywhere from the location. If you are a solo female traveler you should probably get a taxi for late night trips versus Metro. I was with my husband and it was fine, but we did have to tell someone to leave us alone and stop walking with us when returning to the hotel at 10pm. The guy totally backed off and left us alone.

Very clean, daily cleaning and change of sheets and towels, daily renewal of coffee and tea. Very friendly stuff and very helpfull. Breakfast not with large variety of choises but everything fresh and tasty. Overall was a good experience and when will come back to Paris, it will be one of the choices.

Unfortunately is a little far from center and most of Paris attractions but having rented car and metro very close - about 500 meters from hotel - it was not a very bad point. Another thing is check in starting at 14 pm and if you have morning flight will have to wait for few hours at reception.
