Night staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very good level of English so it made for clear communication. They were very good with our questions and helpful when it came to hotel services. We interacted with night staff more due to being out late and they made us comfortable and showed support fully during the night. It's not a hotel but more of a apartment. Provided all kitchen utensils to cook and heat up food which was very good. Other ammenties were available when asked for. Location is good and a 3 minute walk to train station. Does not take to long to get to central Paris and it was a good location for us to get to and from Beauvais-Tille airport.

Clean hotel, great staff. The only downside is no air conditioning, but they will provide a fan if you ask which was more than enough. Reasonable prices and great area!

They do not clean your room unless you request it. They randomly cleaned ours the second day we were there, but not again. Not a big deal, we just did not know the schedule and figured out later you need to request it. Overall, great staff and perfect for what we needed!

I liked how comfortable and secure the apartment was. The location was perfect — peaceful, close to public transport, and near plenty of shops. The staff were extremely friendly, which made the experience even better.

The wardrobe door was locked and couldn’t be opened, and the Wi-Fi connection didn’t work very well.

It’s clean, functional, really handy for Stade de France and great value for money. Staff were all really helpful and very friendly. It’s only 12€ in an Uber from Gard du Nord and very close to a Metro station for getting around.

Nothing we didn’t like, but we’d describe it as ‘minimalist’ inside, there’s everything you need, but just a bit industrial in places! Don’t let that put you off :)

Lots of shops around to get things , a very clean comfortable room. The hot shower was just heavenly with the cold weather . Secure building with a very good breakfast in the morning. The front desk staff ,Alex and Co went overboard to make us very comfortable. Definitely worth coming back next time

Affordable and close to metro. Supermarket and lovely patisserie very close.

So basic, only 1 mug in room, no bowls for cereal. Clearly student accommodation previously.

Too few dishes, only one knife for cutting, and since the guests wash the dishes themselves, the plates weren't washed well from the bottom.

Very clean and modern apartment just a 20 minute drive away from central Paris. It was perfect for our one night stop in Paris.

There were no blinds on two of the windows in the living room.

It had very good location. Metro was very close and it had super market and bulangery across the street. The rooms were clean and with good spaces. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Location is just next to a conference center. Convenient access to the subway. Many facilities around the area. The room is spacious and clean.

Poor internet connection, no iron in the room. There was no light at the last day of my stay.
