The location of Break and Home Campus Hotel isn’t central, but it’s conveniently situated right next to a metro station. It takes about 20 minutes (around 12 stops) to reach the Louvre and other main attractions in the city center. Additionally, Montmartre — another must-see destination — is only about 4 stops away, making the hotel a practical and well-connected base for exploring Paris. The beds are comfortable, the shower is excellent, and the kitchenette—though simple—is more than adequate for basic cooking needs.

Getting to and from the airport typically requires a taxi, Uber, or Bolt unless you’re traveling light. Public transport involves several connections, which can be inconvenient—especially with luggage. Also, driving in Paris can be a bit stressful due to the traffic and local driving style, so this part of the journey is less enjoyable. The Wi-Fi at the hotel is a major downside. It’s very slow when it does work, and often barely functions at all.

+ You get a mini apartment which is spacious for 2 people. There's about twice as much room as you'd get in a hotel. Beds and kitchen area are in the same space. You can prepare food and get groceries near to it. The Underground metro station is practically outside. + The staff are very helpful and helped with taxis. +Baggage storage is fairly secure: it's in a locked room, but not tagged. + Good value for money.

- There's no air conditioning here. - You are not within walking distance of central Paris. It's the equivalent of being on the North Circular Rd in London. About 30 min Metro trip to the city centre.

Night staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very good level of English so it made for clear communication. They were very good with our questions and helpful when it came to hotel services. We interacted with night staff more due to being out late and they made us comfortable and showed support fully during the night. It's not a hotel but more of a apartment. Provided all kitchen utensils to cook and heat up food which was very good. Other ammenties were available when asked for. Location is good and a 3 minute walk to train station. Does not take to long to get to central Paris and it was a good location for us to get to and from Beauvais-Tille airport.

The location is great. Easy access to public transport. Good breakfast. The room I stayed in was large and spacious with a kitchen. It's a good place to stay for work or leisure. It is a good place and the surroundings is also interesting.

The afternoon receptionist who, when I asked a simple question (if I could have a cappuccino and if I could pay later or if I had to pay at the moment) laughed at my question and was quite rude. It wasn't a good experience.

I spent a long weekend here with friends and we had a very good experience. The staff is very friendly. We interacted with 4 different people during out stay and everyone was super polite and helpful. The location is great: metro station just across the street and the whole area has nice parks and new constructions. The apartments are comfortable and spacious.

Coffee and tea bags could be offered

Great place just a little bit out of Paris but right next to the tram line. It was easy to get to the centre of Paris. Nice apartment, very basic but it had everything we needed for a family with small children. Nice hotel garden, public play ground, supermarket and bakeries just next to the hotel. WOuld definately stay again.

Sofa bed was not very comfortable to sleep on.

Clean hotel, great staff. The only downside is no air conditioning, but they will provide a fan if you ask which was more than enough. Reasonable prices and great area!

They do not clean your room unless you request it. They randomly cleaned ours the second day we were there, but not again. Not a big deal, we just did not know the schedule and figured out later you need to request it. Overall, great staff and perfect for what we needed!

friendly staff. easy to find. not in paris city centre but hotel is a few metre away from metro station and it's easy to get to everywhere. bakery is opposite the hotel. the area is quiet and safe.

the sink wasn't blocked but the water didn't go down very quickly. i didn't raise this issue because we only stayed for two nights so we just lived with this little problem

I liked how comfortable and secure the apartment was. The location was perfect — peaceful, close to public transport, and near plenty of shops. The staff were extremely friendly, which made the experience even better.

The wardrobe door was locked and couldn’t be opened, and the Wi-Fi connection didn’t work very well.

It’s clean, functional, really handy for Stade de France and great value for money. Staff were all really helpful and very friendly. It’s only 12€ in an Uber from Gard du Nord and very close to a Metro station for getting around.

Nothing we didn’t like, but we’d describe it as ‘minimalist’ inside, there’s everything you need, but just a bit industrial in places! Don’t let that put you off :)
