This hotel is fantastic and I will definitely be back if I am in Paris again. We had our connecting flight at CDG cancelled after midnight. Many flights were cancelled at the same time due to a big thunderstorm and people were stranded - it was pretty dramatic. We called more than 10 hotels only to be told that they were all full. This hotel was a godsend. Booking com allowed us to reserve a room at 2am for the day before and then we jumped in a taxi to go to the hotel. The front desk staff was amazing!!! Seeing how lovely the room was after such an ordeal felt like a miracle. Good water pressure in the shower, too.

Calling by telephone from CDG at 2am was a bit complicated and no one answered even though the front desk was fully staffed.

Room comfortable and quick check in / out. Modern hotel. Metro couple of mins over road to hotel so easy to get into central Paris. Wouldn’t walk around local area apart from if going to Stade de France and there are others around. Breakfast was really good - fresh bread, cheeses, great choices of hot and cold. Didn’t rush you or restrict visits so my daughter had multiple trips as she had missed out on dinner previous night!!

Lifts are slow to call and ok when you figured out what your lift number was. Complaints about this but it’s not hard to figure out. Maybe put sign on floors explaining the lift useage. The area is not brilliant but we were there for proximity for Stade de France. Again no room service so coming back from concert late at night it was not possible to get food and drinks to room this would be a great add on.

The staff were really friendly.I liked the room and the view to be honest. Despite the fact that the shower is separated from the toilet and the sink was inside the room. Haha. The bed was great! The pool was clean but it was very small. This is why they only let 10 guests only. The metro was right in front of the hotel, 20 mins to the center. However, the area around the hotel itself was not that intersting at all. Very few local shops.

The hotel was excellent—modern, clean, and conveniently located right next to the metro station. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very professional and incredibly helpful, assisting us with anything we required. They even held our luggage until it was time for our flight. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return in the future!

The only thing that I would change is the windows because I wanted them to open.

The view from our room on the 36th floor was amazing. We could see the Eiffel Tower, Basilique Cathédrale Saint-Denis and the stade de France. The room was a good size with a very large double bed and the staff fitted in an extra bed for us. There was also a settee and tv area with access to Netflix. There was also a fridge, kettle and espresso machine.The bathroom was great with an impressive shower and bath.

I really liked the room, it was cozy and comfortable. I also like to drink a lot of tea, and at the reception I could ask for as much tea and water as I wanted at any time. I also liked the restaurant.

The only thing I didn't like was that the air conditioning in the room I was put in didn't work and it was very cold. But they moved us to another room and everything was great there.

- There was no mini-fridge, so no way of keeping any items cool - No vending machines or 24/7 shops nearby, if you need something late at night you are completely out of luck

Perfect location for concerts at Stade de France.

We wanted a coke so bad after the concert and there was no mini bar or machine or something to get one at midnight at such a big hotel. It is a small thing but it was just heartbreaking in the moment.

The location was great as there is a metro station right in front and is walking distance to stade de france, which is ideal if going to a concert.

the pool facility was a bit lacking in my opinion, as there were no changing rooms or lockers and there weren't any robes provided to wear to the pool. Everyone just changed in the hall right in front of the pool door.

The serenity of the environment

It was a nice stay but I feel booking.com created a bad impression of the hotel. I felt my card was charged more than it should have. Without arguing about being charged €1,144.30 far higher than what my colleagues paid, the sum of $1,419.74 was debited from my card which I feel the conversion may not be correct exchange for the due €1,144.30
