Just near the metro station which facilitate all visits. Staff at reception Wt, Excel and Alpha were very good and very helpful, give advice for any question

Actually in my last day after check out and while I was staying at the lobby, I remembered that I forgot my fur scarf in the room in the cubboard. One from the reception tried to call the room service, they didnt answer, he went by himself upstairs to check but he returned in vain. Hotel was in a fantastic location being next to the subway. Very clean room and fresh towels provided every day. We didn't eat from the restaurant but there are many coffee shops/restaurants nearby to choose from.

Probably not the hotels fault, but they have a lot of locals congregating outside the hotel reception. At first we didn't know what they were doing but then we realised that they were selling cigarettes. They were harmless but can be off putting when you see them on the street.

This was a great discovery close to the Stade de France with very convenient metro service right in front of the hotel. The rooms were very clean and staff was helpful. After reading some of the earlier reviews, it's good to know we found the neighborhood very clean and safe. Not sure if it was because of the Olympics - but I would have no hesitations about staying here again. Can't beat a 10 minute walk to the Stade de France.

We arrived early and our room wasn't ready which was no problem. (It was easy to leave our things in the locked area). Yes, it was busy and they said the hotel's restrooms were not available - I thought that was odd - all of them? You would have thought if they were really out of service, there would have been a back up plan for hotel guests?

The metro and tram stations are right outside the hotel, and so public transport accessibility is excellent. There is a supermarket and many grocery shops within a 5 min walk. Plenty of places to eat from within a 5 min walk. Hotel staff are excellent; very helpful and give good advice if you ask.

People standing outside the hotel and metro station selling cigarettes. They are harmless and never approach people, but it gives the impression of an unsafe place.

The hotel was superb our stay was made very welcome the breakfasts was very nice and the whole experience was amazing would definitely come again, thank you so much for our stay and making us feel welcome, even our room was lovely

Room was very big for Paris standards. Hotel is next to the stadium and in front of the metro. Very nice hotel, super clean, good food at the bar, very nice staff. I would def recommend it!

Location is next to the stadium so a bit out of the centre of Paris but with the metro you can easily go anywhere and the station is just in front of the hotel

The metro stop is just in-front of the building. The same reason i chose this hotel to stay.

The location is quite far from the city center the metro ride takes time. And some guys selling cigarettes are standing near the building entrance specifically at night. My stay was during the week leading up to the olympics and i saw some police patrols on some nights.

spacious suite, complementary soft drinks in the mini bar, coffee pod machine in room, very comfy mattress, roof terrace with view of Stade de France. friendly, helpful staff.

the pillows on our bed were terrible (like 2 small pillows in one case but we asked for more pillows which were provided and were ok. not enough staff working on the bar after the concert, it was very slow to get a drink and despite getting back to the hotel quickly, by the time we were served the food had finished. a pre order service would be a better idea and having more staff too. air conditioning in room does not get cold enough for a large suite, the double bedroom part of suite always too hot. not enough plug sockets for a family to charge phones, watches etc. No USB sockets.

The garage costed lots per day, the location & somehow the breakfast ( 1 plate per person!), there was not much variety for a 4 * hotel ,specially the cheese which France has 365 different kinds and there were only 3!

The hotel was amazing! I came with my friends and we had a wonderful stay. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The cleaning lady on our floor was very kind, and the receptionists were extremely helpful. If I come to Paris again, I would definitely stay here and highly recommend it to others.
