The triple room was spacious, bright, very clean and sound-proof. There are block-out curtains which was nice for daytime resting, and the beds are super comfortable. The bathroom has great lighting and ample shower. Breakfast was above my expectations- pastries were fresh and coffee from the machine was delicious. The reception staff was kind enough to let us check in a bit earlier as we had a long night of traveling behind us, which was very much appreciated.

It was very easy to reach the hotel from the city by metro and train, however the surrounding area is not the most pleasant. Lots of suspicious characters wandering around, but the hotel felt super safe with passcodes required to enter.

The room and the hotel itself had modern design and was clean and looked rather new and well maintained. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Although there was a hospital was next door, the windows were soundproof and providing a silent and peaceful atmosphere within the room.

The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions and the metro station, which could be a challenge for some. But its not too difficult, just a bit time consuming: if You like to exercise then walk to metro station Basilique de Saint-Denis (ca 1,4km, ca 23min) or you familiarize yourself with the public transportation system, including the local buses and trams stopping near Hôpital Delafontaine, then take the metro #13 which provides easy access to the Paris city center (to Invalides by metro ca 21 min).

B&B is a nice hotel, situated in the Saint Denis area. It is placed right near the T1 tram station (100 m) and 2 stops takes you to the 13 Metro line, that you can use to go anywhere you need. It is clean and quiet, and the triple room is really spacious and comfortable. Special thanks for the reception guys!!!!! They are very good at their job, THANK YOU! They helped although they didn't have to.

France is crazy about temperature - 19 degrees C, so keep that in mind when you travel to France, but this is not the Hotel's problem, this is everywhere we went in France (3 hotels, including this one). Mosquitos - they have a lot even in October cold weather.

The room was clean, big enough for what we needed, bathroom was clean and the towels were changed daily. We arrived early and the receptionist was extremely nice and looked if there were rooms that were clean and we were able to install really fast we didnt took the breakfast there because we dont eat in the morning but we liked that were was that option available

Is not closed to the metro station so take that into consideration because you need to take a bus to get to the metro station

Very clean hotel. Staff are friendly we had a long trip arrived after 4pm we were looking for hot water for tea and the man at reception gave us what we needed without hesitation which was very much appreciated. There's a fixed taxi ride into the city center which is about 20 to 30mins depending on where you go. Really helpful guy. I'd stay here again especially if I had the car. Metro locations within walking distance but we didn't use them.

Location is abit out but we knew this as we had a car and needed secure parking which this hotel has and its free. In comparison to other hotels and parking this one is very good. There was four of us for the taxi so wasn't too bad but if its just two people it would be more expensive than the metro ride.

Location fairly close to airport and within 25 min walk from the Stade De France, which is the main reason we booked it. All you can eat buffet breakfast was good deal for 9 Euros. Room tidy and modern, bathroom quite small but adequate and with shower, no bath. Several small shops and cafes in vicinity within 10 min walk distance.

Meet our expectations in general. Front desk/reception is only manned intermittently, and we had difficulty in contacting hotel in late evening, that our flights were delayed and to notify hotel of our delayed arrival

Comfortable bed but on the tough side. A good sized room with a wide window. I loved the silence and could properly rest while there. Staff were very helpful. After certain hours, we are supposed to key in a code, but they were always there to help.

Some staff could be better at listening. I called to ask whether I could extend my stay by 2 days (as I could not do it online), but the lady was just rushing me to come downstairs and pay before midday. That played a great role in my non-extension. Other than this, staff were always great when spoken to in person.

The secure parking was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful. The transport links to the center of Paris are close by and offer a regular service. The hotel appears to have been recently renovated and in good condition. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The newly renovated private bathroom was far to small, it would have been extremely easy to have enlarged the area by reducing the corridor width. Architect issue, as is the the spartan wardrobe facility. No safe provide in the room.

Secure underground car park. Friendly staff. Quiet rooms.

The area looked a bit dodgy. Walked out of the car park following a sign that said hotel and ended up locked in a fenced off external area. Had to climb through a window of a laundry room to get out. Could have been assaulted if someone had have walked in and thought I was trying to burgle the place. Not enough plug sockets. Needed one near the tv so I could plug my iPad in to stream onto the tv, which I was unable to do.

Courteous staff, complimentary breakfast, clean rooms, functional

Location is not great; the surrounding area is a bit run down and a concern if walking back late to the hotel. The room was air conditioned but the cooling efficacy was poor
