The staff, they are very nice and friendly. Location is about 3 km away from Eiffel tower but because of traffic it might take you about 45 minutes drive.

No elevator. It’s hard when you have big luggages and if you are staying on the 3rd floor

The room facilities is a little bit simple

Good location, close to the subway. Very good value in overpriced Paris. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, going above and beyond to make my experience a good one.

I had to wait a bit before my room was ready. The hotel would benefit from having a hairdryer in the room.

Bed was nice it was easily accessible and was clean Room was spacious didn't have any smells the bathroom was very clean too The AC worked perfectly

The walls were pretty thin there was electricity problems when we arrived but it got fixed first thing the morning after Water in the shower was really lukewarm and didn't have a lot of pressure and the toilets were a bit wobbly

Clean and friendly staff

No ac when I booked there cos of air conditioning and to top it off the curtains are so thin that the lights in the street lights up all the room. Therefore it was a sleepless night !

We booked two rooms, they only gave us one and after confirming they only gave the other one. There was no hot water in one of our rooms, one of the windows couldn’t close and it was winter (had to ask twice to get it fixed), VERY noisy, wifi only worked the first night.
