Facilities and room were very good indeed .The breakfast i thought was exceptionally good in variety and choice . It certainly set me up for the day .

Nothing to do with the Hotel but finding an eating place within a reasonable distance is a no no without transport or taking the bus into Le Bourget itself at a weekend as the Hotel is in an industrial area fundamentally closed at the weekend. So the 3 nearby Brasseries where I walked were closed sadly for a snack or better .I am sure they are open Monday/Friday .

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room and bathroom ware very clean and newly furnished and the bad confortable. Good breakfast.

Unfortunately there was a very bad smell of cigarettes in the room- the presence of an ashtray in the room makes me think that it is still allowed to smoke inside. At the reception and in the breakfast area, a refreshment should be done ( there were some spider nets in the more hidden corners and the paint on the walls was leaving.

Nice comfortable room. Free parking, which is great in Paris! We had a room in the back so it was quiet at night. Comfy beds. Enough space. Great for a night or two.

Quite far from RER/metro, there is a bus stop closeby but the bus was nowhere to be found. There are hardly any restaurants in the area and the hotel restaurant seemed to be closed both the nights we were there.

The staff were absolutely lovely. It felt like it was a franchised Ibis and family run which speaks volumes. Greeted by lovely night staff and then leaving in the morning/afternoon check out was easy and again lovely. I could not have asked for a better staff greeting. Loved the family oriented side of things! It was lovely to see.

Only thing for me (common in France) was the smell of smoke in the rooms. Gave me a headache the next morning but i'm very sensitive to the smell. I feel like maybe the rooms either need a deep clean to get rid of the smell. or high floors should be smoking but lower floors to be smoke free. But again common in France.

Is didn’t book breakfast and this morning I wanted to buy breakfast for two persons and the clerk said I didn’t had breakfast …. Very hard to let him understand that I wanted to buy the breakfast

Clean room and bathroom, good breakfast. Good parking facilities, very helpful gentleman on reception.

Bathroom door faulty (214) pillow very flat/uncomfortable. Restaurant was closed, very limited bar.
