We had a lovely room, comfortably housing 3 of us, with a view of the Eiffel in the distance. Easy access to the metro which was just outside the Novotel.

We had problems with the air conditioning which did not work and with the bathroom in which the shower area had a drainage issue. The hotel did give us minor waiver on some charges as compensation. Housekeeping services were not available during the weekend. Room service did not pick up calls from our room - perhaps the phone was faulty - we had to go down to reception to place orders. There are people loitering outside the hotel selling stuff who hinder the walk from the metro to the door. If you have heavy luggage, please note the metro side that opens to the hotel does not have a lift or escalator whereas the one on the opposite side of the road does.

It was a beautiful luxury hotel, the rooms were so clean, comfortable and with all the comfort. Big over size double bed. View amazing from the 6th floor. The bathroom was big, with a shower having more than enough space to relax. The restaurant is so good, with delicious plates and desserts. The stuff is kind and polite, ready to serve you with a smile. Also, the stuff in reception is having a warm welcome.

The area of the hotel is bad, and it is a bad place to walk around. No good people are moving around. Homeless, drunk men and people asking for money, and they are ready to steal you. Someone in a burger restaurant told me to keep your phone and your bag close to you.

Room is clean, modern and comfortable Breakfast is ok with pastries, croissants, denish rolls, ..fine meat, cheese and boiled eggs. Coffee is correct Parking space is fine. Separated and secured area from public parking ( not so easy to find ..follow parking relais porte de paris ..across the double street in front of the hotel) ..acceptable size of the parking space, even for big suv. Around the hotel, there are blokes selling cigarettes. We found the neighborhood acceptable, but I wouldn’t recommend it for women traveling alone.

Great hotel for staying close to Paris. The hotel is directly opposite the metro entrance, which is good for getting the train into the centre, which takes around 20 minutes (it gets fairly busy). Our room was really clean, the bed was comfortable, and there's a kettle and coffee machine too. The staff were all super friendly throughout the whole trip, from check-in to checking out.

The only downside of the hotel is that it's not in the best area. It's not going to be suitable for evening walks or going to the shops. However, it's perfect for getting in and out of Paris.

Our welcome was warm, friendly and helpful. Jean Baptiste on reception went above and beyond to accommodate us and our e-bikes. We had a lovely, clean and spacious room. It was quiet and relaxing. We ate at the hotel and had the snacking menu. Despite the hotel being short staffed in the kitchen, Jean Baptiste made sure we had a lovely meal, which we ate on the romantic terrace which had a view of the Eiffel Tower. This made our stay extra special. Breakfast was very good. We were able to continue straight on the Avenue Verte the next day fully refreshed.

Just near the metro station which facilitate all visits. Staff at reception Wt, Excel and Alpha were very good and very helpful, give advice for any question

Actually in my last day after check out and while I was staying at the lobby, I remembered that I forgot my fur scarf in the room in the cubboard. One from the reception tried to call the room service, they didnt answer, he went by himself upstairs to check but he returned in vain. But over all our stay were good and we returned happy from our trip my daughter and I

Hotel is just 2 min. walkable distance from Saint-Denis - Porte de Paris Metro station which makes is convenient to travel. Hotel is away from the popular places so you have to keep atleast 45 min of your time in the itinerary if you are planning to reach the places to see. Hotel also has the facility to keep your luggage after checkout. our younger one was not keeping well on the day of checkout, so they allowed him to sleep in the room with the extended checkout time. Thanks to the hotel staff.

Hotel was in a fantastic location being next to the subway. Very clean room and fresh towels provided every day. We didn't eat from the restaurant but there are many coffee shops/restaurants nearby to choose from.

Probably not the hotels fault, but they have a lot of locals congregating outside the hotel reception. At first we didn't know what they were doing but then we realised that they were selling cigarettes. They were harmless but can be off putting when you see them on the street.

the hotel is really great! the rooms nice and the bed is comfortable. The shower is great with good products. the hotel itself has terraces, small gym, restaurant and a bar. the receptionist were super nice. breakfast was superb! I recommend it!

the location was good for me because I worked right around the corner. otherwise it would not be my choice for visiting Paris. it is not so nice and not many options for eating or going out. (the metro Is right outside though...). the restaurant of the hotel was ok, nothing memorable.

This was a great discovery close to the Stade de France with very convenient metro service right in front of the hotel. The rooms were very clean and staff was helpful. After reading some of the earlier reviews, it's good to know we found the neighborhood very clean and safe. Not sure if it was because of the Olympics - but I would have no hesitations about staying here again. Can't beat a 10 minute walk to the Stade de France.

We arrived early and our room wasn't ready which was no problem. (It was easy to leave our things in the locked area). Yes, it was busy and they said the hotel's restrooms were not available - I thought that was odd - all of them? You would have thought if they were really out of service, there would have been a back up plan for hotel guests?
