The experience was amazing. For a hotel that’s not situated in the venter of the city, the conditions were a 10/10. Very clean, all the facilities listed were there, the staff was so nice and friendly and they all spoke English, in case you worry about not knowing the language. The neighbourhood was also really nice and calm. I went there with a friend and as women we felt really relaxed, quite chill environment. Also, there are enough shops and cafés nearby.

The hotel is not in the centre of the city which can be inconvenient if you want to visit it, but on the other hand the public transportation is easy to use and accessible. I came for a concert at Stade de France so for me it was an excelent choice. Also, there is no AC in the room, but our room had a fan and we were not really bothered by the temperature in the room.

Location is close to the Stade de France which works perfect for the guests of events. The bed was surprisingly good - sturdy, which is perfect for the back, and comfy, too. The kitchenette was fully equipped with all the necessary kitchenware. Awesome perk of a dishwasher as a bonus. Staff was very friendly and helpful :) Parking is just nearby and the access is very easy. Perfect for a short few-days stop.

There were many mosquitos in the room during our stay - mosquito nets would be surely beneficial in the room. The water glow in the bathroom went away super slow (though bathroom itself was great). The breakfast was so-so, but not specifically bad.

The staff are very friendly, they helped us for everthing. The apartment is a good size, 1 bed room and living room with one bed, and the atmosphere is calm—not too crowded. They have special car parking area - is free. While the location is not great, it’s not terrible either. Overall, the balance between price and quality is quite fair.

I was a bit disappointed with cleaning. I found a woman’s underwear in room, which raises concerns about cleanliness. Corridors and lobby had an unpleasant smell, and breakfast did not meet my expectations. But not very very bad, only need a bit more attention. Overall my point is 8.

The room was a studio suitable for 2 people with a small kitchen and a bathroom. A table and 2 chairs, a double bed with 4 pillows, ensuite bathroom with a shower and no shortage of hot water with good pressure, also a hair dryer. The kitchen was equipped with a microwave, induction cooktop, fridge and freezer. There were plenty of utensils etc. It was very clean and plenty of space for 2 people. I didn't opt for the breakfast option as there is a really nice boulangerie called Clem & Gwen nearby. There are plenty of supermarkets, grocery shops, indoor market, and restaurants and bars nearby as well. The area is newly developed and very nice. Close to Mairie de Saint Ouen metro station (10 minute walk) to Line 13 and 14.

To be improved: - They could have provided more glasses. There was just 1 regular and 1 wine glass. - A couple of lights did not work because of no bulbs or broken fixture. However, there was enough functional lighting in the room.

Friendly and polite reception people, after few days recognized me and my needs ( coffee, breakfast). Best part : pet friendly and everyone was nice to me and my dog. Breakfast served very fancy ( for a small hotel) I like how cosy overall hotel

Breakfast no vegan food. Fresh juicing machine sucks. But I'm use to poor hotel's breakfast, so it's fine. Bed too high and too soft for asian ( but also minor thing). Water pressure in shower : I hate it. Takes forever to wash hair and product from hair, and water so weak, I'm being cold while taking shower. Terrible

Staff was OK, didn't try the breakfast. Rooms were extremely hot but tidy and clean, city center is not far away and you are fairly connected to public transport. Quick tip: if you need to book a taxi with baby car seat from the airport to this hotel, you can download the app G7 and select the G7 family option and add the type of car seat needed.

It may be confused but be aware, THERE IS NOT AC only a fan that is not what would you expect. Depending on the season that you are staying here, it could be a deterrent. It was hard for us cos we had a 5 months old with us.

Very nice aparthotel for the great value. The room was clean, with a small kitchen with all equipment you may need for a short stay. We stayed for a week and haven't had any issues throughout our stay. The staff were very polite and helpful. We arrived 3 hours before the check-in time, nevertheless the staff provided us with rooms immediately. I definitely recommend it.

Cozy hotel in a calm good neighborhood with easy public transportation to main spots… + parking and handling of car was easy + got a comfy cot for the baby + nearby Seine for running + nearby supermarket, food court, and mall not too far too

Not too close to the center but easy with public transportation if you ok with a 10 min walk to the station

We were looking for a location in this area to visit Alstom nearby. It is a nice newly built area where there are families with kids and the atmosphere is relaxing and cosy. The place was easy to find and accessibleNothing special and the room not so big for the price we have paid, but in line with other structures in the vicinity. Paris is expensive!

Personnel was not friendly nor informative, just average and most of the time distracted and not attentive. Cleaning of the room or changing the towels was not foreseen even if we were staying for five days, and the lighting in the room was not working well. There is a small kitchenette with average equipment and appliances work pretty well, but the room was definitely small vs. expectations we had at time of reservation. In the front of the building there is an industrial site that generates noise at any time during the day, and at night it is a little disturbing. Air conditioning was not working (it is not needed in September) and we don't know if it is working, but keeping the window open at night was impossible.

Apartment looks even bigger than it really is. Very nice decor with sitting area and has that posh feeling once you walk in. It has big balcony with breathtaking view. Everything you need you will fine in the apartment to feel like at home. It looks even better than in the pictures. Receptionist in the night (night shift I suppose) was so welcoming and friendly, looked professional, providing all information we needed regarding the apartment.

Breakfast is appalling. Expensive and no choice. We walked out twice without having it. I am glad that we didn't prepaid for it. Nothing there, absolutely. Noice from the factory so high in the night, it woke us up, so we had to keep all the windows and balcony door shut. Receptionist upon check out (male) seemed to be rude and not enjoying his job. I asked for the invoice to be emailed to me, he looked at me like I am asking for something special. I then offered to write my email address down for him and he gave me a piece of paper and threw the pen towards me. Not really nice, isn't it?
