The room is very smart, although small but it has everything, a toilet, a shower, a desk, hangers, mirror, fan, TV. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is humble but very tasty, including croissants, waffles, cake, toast, spreads, jam, yogurt, juice, and hot drinks. Everything is clean, the location is very close to the bus station, and walking distance to train station and Carrefour Express.

The only problem was the elevator, which was broken one day out of the 3 days we stayed, and our room was in the 5th floor.

Friendly staff. They speak English which was very helpful since I do not speak French. Free on-site parking available for guests. I've stayed in several Ibis Budget Hotels and I found this room to be quite spacious (and with good distribution) It's a 16 minute walk from the nearest metro station. If you are visiting Paris on a budget, I would recommend staying here and taking the metro to the center, and why not, visit the surroundings as well.

It's hard to say something I did not like. Elevator broke down the first night (but they fixed it very quickly) The parking doors were not functioning (as they were updating the system), but there was someone available at night to open/close whenever needed.

The front desk staff were very kind and extremely helpful. This was my first time in your city and staying at an Ibis. From the reviews I had lower expectations but being that I was there for the Olympics my options were limited. But the room was clean, had all the basic comforts except AC, and again that front desk gentleman went above and beyond! Thank you so much. One lady mopping the floors noticed I got up from a seat so she could mop and she ended up moving the seat to where I was. I don’t know her name but again very kind!

Toilet area smelled and no ac.

Standard room, location few minutes walk to nearest train station. Safety wise is ok. Got carrefour supermarket few minutes walk nearby.

Was given room near to main road which is very noisy even during mid night.

Rooms were decent size and clean. The beds were comfortable for a good sleep.

The underground free parking was however littered, smelly and very dirty, the steps leading to the hotel were dingy and dirty. Felt insecure. The Hotel could do with a better street sign for directions. There was a sign above the hotel on the 7th or 8th floor which was not lit up and cannot be spotted during the night.

This is a good hotel that has friendly and helpful staff, the room was clean and it was nice to have free parking. There is a nice little area with dining tables where you can have tea, coffee and breakfast.

I would recommend the management give the hotel hallways a fresh paint. The hallways look tired and need new paint to make the hotel hallways look pleasant.

Great for a night or two if you just want to use it to sleep. Excellent value for money at Twilsons on the corner is a buzzing place to grab dinner

Shower leaks on floor, it needs a catcher, mattresses are fine but molds

Very clean comfortable, good value for money. We has a room for 3. The man at the desk made us check in a bit before so that was very good. There is a supermarket in walking distance and a few boulangerie, there is also a fast food place near the hotel but we did not try it. Rer is about 10 min walk, Metro a bit far away.

No complaints it was all good

It was a first time to face an checkin terminal. It was not informed in the booking confirmation email. I just tried with the given info and I could check in to the hotel. Nice experience.

The staff were very friendly and polite , the room is very clean ,shower and toilet too. Furniture is comfortable Hygenic measurments are excellent , disinfectants are everywhere. Breakfast is cost effective and good quality.

The check in is too late for travellers coming from another country by long trip.We arrived exhausted at 12:30h p.m but hotel door was closed and nobody to even keep our baggage inside. The bus interval is very very long,waisting our time to convey between Metro station and Hotel. No phone to call reception , No frigo to keep some food items cold , No safe for valuables . Ckeck out is tooooooo early by 10h a.m which means that you lose (paid 8 hours ) between check in and out . We asked for iron and board but not available , kettle as well
