We liked the staff, the restaurant 😀 Breakfasts were delicious and of very good quality (drinks, food, everything at its best), good value for money. The location is perfect - supermarkets, underground within 5-minute walk. There was a lift which is very important when you have large suitcases.

The smell on our arrival, it's quite unpleasant first and then all your things smell like that, but we got used to it quickly. It was then fine. Also, no toilet brush, which was quite strange and uncomfortable. No tea/coffee facilities, no water in the room. You can only buy it at the supermarket or in the restaurant, but in the restaurant it's quite expensive (€3.15) per bottle. There was no wardrobe or bedside table. But we only stayed for 3 days, so it was fine.

All staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed is cozy. There are two store nearby, you can buy foods and other stuff easily. The metro station is very good as it provided elevator with two direction as well.

No tissue provided outside the bathroom and there is no water boiler indoor.Remember to buy water earlier if you have to late check in.

what I and my friend like about the stay are the staffs, the cleanliness of the room and the room itself. My friend and I felt comfortable enough, we would like to stay there again

The shower head is a bit loose but it’s not a problem, because it’s still manageable.

The staff, especially on Reception, were very helpful.

The bathroom was not ideal - it was a wet room and the floor flooded when you used the shower resulting in a wet carpet in the bedroom. Also the toilet bowl was discoloured making it look dirty - needed some bleach.

The hotel is perfectly located, quiet area, 350-400 meters from the Metro station, shops and supermarket 50 meters away, non-stop Peco station opposite, super friendly staff, daily cleaning and done by 5 stars, the rooms more than what is needed, guarded parking for a fee but safe, breakfast quite enough (something else can be added here), good coffee, bar open non-stop but quiet. We will definitely be back! The staff is 5 stars!🖐🤝🥇

The reception toilet didn`t have paper toilet, we had to request a refill. The shower was not well fixed in the wall/frame.

It was cheap, easy to get to and the staff were so friendly.

It was a little cold and I think the thermostat was broke. However I never mentioned this to the people working there.

Lovely hotel with excellent service and staff. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast had a nice selection and good variety, served in a bright and sunny dining area. Not far from metro and tram stops.

Room was very tidy and well organized. They are good for people wanting connecting rooms. We had to go out early morning to get good pics of places so we never got to try the breakfast on premise. They do have a cozy bar in house. The hotel is located in a calm residential area which can be reached in half hour from Paris city centre by metro.
