It was incredibly clean and housekeeping tidied up our room every day. They had a small kitchen with a sink, a stove and a tea/coffee making station. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The same goes for the lobby. The corridors had a great and calm atmosphere. The hotel was 1-2 minutes away from the nearest grocery store and subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a very good hotel!

The only thing to note is that the hotel is located in a more impoverished area of Paris. However, this wasn’t a very big deal for us. We felt safe and the walk to the nearest grocery store, subway station and McDonald’s wasn’t any longer than 1-2 minutes anyway.

Super clean room and towels, and comfortable beds! Locationwise, it is not in the city centre but there is all kind of transportation (bus,metro, tram) literally next to it. We chose it as it is close to La Defense arena, which we visited for Taylor Swift's concert. It was 15 min by taxi. Despite that, it was not chaotic and too busy outside. Very safe. There was also a restaurant, McDonalds, and a supermarket next to it (within 100-150m). I would happily stay again even if I had to commute to the city centre.

Not enough breakfast options. Breakfast ended at 11am and despite going for breakfast around 9:30 on both days we stayed (well in advance from closing time), a few options like eggs had already ran out and were not replenished.

Excellent location. Bus stop, metro, supermarket, boulangerie are all just outside the door. City center is 50-60 min is the only drawback. But we stayed here to be close to the air show at Le Bourget. Room was clean & modern. Although small it had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here if we come back for the air show in two years.

Only thing we didn’t like were the ultra soft bed pillows. Not comfortable at all. The side tables for the bedside could have been a little larger.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. We loved that there was heat and hot water in the shower. Also, the staff were very kind and always checking for us. The trains station is just around the corner and it takes around 20 min to get to the central stations. Also there is a tram.

Breakfast, it was tasty, but the problem was that they didnt refill it, so for example, one day at 7 am there was no food. But, if you ask they have more food in the kitchen. We just think that the service in the breakfast area should be better, everything else was amazing.

- location is great, right above metro line 13 - spacious and clean room, with all facilities (bonus: if you’re lucky enough, you can get a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower) - very friendly and polite staff - we arrived early and they kept our luggage in the luggage room - the room was cleaned daily

- we didn’t get breakfast, but from what we saw in the lobby there weren’t many food choices and it’s pricey (18 euros) - there is a vent hole in the room and there’s cold air coming from the outside - I know it’s a French thing, but the heating system wasn’t great also, we always felt it was a bit chilly in the room

The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were clean. All of us enjoyed the Breakfast and our beds were very comfortable. we definitely recommend the place.

Our room outlets were broken but we used the USB connection instead to charge our phone so it was not a problem. Also, the counter above the fridge was broken but did not bother us.

Really good breakfast, clean room, quite comfy beds, coffee machine and a small cooking facility in the room.

One of the lifts did not work properly so each time when we needed to go up to our room, we had to ask for the help from the reception. Another thing is the location of the hotel - it is basically at the suburbs of Paris. So be prepared to stay in an overcrowded metro coach every time you return back to the hotel in the evenings.

The room was very cozy, quiet, liked the design and the bed, very comfortable. Also loved the fact that was warm in the room and had a kettle and a coffee machine. The room was very clean and the staff friendly, cleaned our room every day and re-filled the water, coffee and tea. The neighborhood is not the best but the metro is right near the hotel so in 15 min you get to the centre(15 min to Champs Elysees station).

Location was great next to metro and outside Paris traffic

For whoever goes there make sure you feed the address for the parking garage in your nav system. Best hidden parking ever. Also only 2 elevators with one not accessible to guests, but attached to the single call button. So if that elevator is at the ground floor then you’re stuck until a staff member comes out
