Great hotel, good sized rooms, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and check in process was super fast and efficient. Location worked for us as we were going to Stadt de France, it's not next door to a tram station but about 10 minutes but we didnt mind the walk. Parking included in the price.

Pillows were not comfortable, i brought my own luckily. Location - if you are going into Paris Centre this takes quite long using public transport. Otherwise, everything was great.

The hotel is nice , big rooms , friendly staff, private parking with closed gate to be more safe , everything was great but , i only got one issue which was the AC was not good at all I tried to call the reception and told them about the issue and they just keep telling me that the AC is going to be more colder just wait ! unfortunately I spent three nights and after each night I woke up with a sweat

Friendly, responsive staff. Nice property. Gated parking area that was very large and plenty of spaces. Extremely comfortable beds. Clean. Was able to go to the lobby in the morning and grab good coffee.

The Location was ok, but a 15 min walk to the metro. I’d still return in spite of that as it was a nice comfortable hotel. The pillows were scarce and only small square pillows instead of standard pillows. We had to ask for extra towels even though we had 3 people staying in the room, housekeeping could maybe be more thorough with the towel situation. they also took the towels from one of our rooms and didn’t place them. Lastly, the AC did not work very well. it was cooler to open the window.

Brekfast was excellent, everything you would want was on place. Exceptionally nice stuff members- this I must point out really. Thanks them again for exceptional service.

Clean and comfortable. We found this hotel at the last moment due to issues with our other booked accommodation. It served our needs for one night. It is not a touristy location, but there's a great bakery/cafe just a couple of minutes' drive away and only 30 mins to Paris, by car.

More basic than other 4 star Mercure hotels that we've stayed in before.

good location for car travel, also 15 min walk to local “C” line train for city centre. clean room, good facilities finished to a high standard. bar and restaurant really good. good breakfast options. dinner good. staff really good, helpful when something went wrong (toilet broke, was fixed within an hour)

our family room overlooked a bit of building site (however with window shut it was very quiet).

Standard hotel for business trips. The restaurant in the hotel is quite good but breakfast without vegetables.

Room is clean. On site parking, but it costs 9 Euro per day.

Public transportation is 1km away. And it takes 50 minutes to reach the city center.

Room was spacious; staff were friendly and helpful (Buki was amazing and so very helpful!)

bedsheets not so comfortable; poor lighting in the room.

Breakfast was lovely... But there was no one to clear up the tables. We came down for breakfast to be greeted by at least ten dirty tables.

Sort out the breakfast service. Nobody clearing tables.
