Very modern place and all the facilities were new (elevator included). Good space for a 4 person family, looks like you are in a tiny Airbnb apartment (with a little kitchen included). But very comfy and practical. They also offer water, sodas and juice included in the little freezer. The localization is excellent also (walking distance from Metro n. 7 - Poissonnière Station). The staff were very friendly too. Don’t forget to go to the Union Boulangerie/Patisserie near by… You wont even care that the hotel doesn’t have Breakfast.

Perfectly situated, lovely welcome, friendly and helpful staff offering great local suggestions. For a 4 day visit it was just what we needed. We catered for ourselves one evening and each breakfast using the kitchen. Local amenities and great advice made this easy.

Everything was good. A very small thing. We were 3 adults and a small child. There were just 2 chairs to sit at the table. We managed fir a short stay. Also, I am sure, had we asked for more they would have been supplied as everyone was very helpful.

Just steps from the metro, close to good restaurants, the Montmartre and nice places this apartment is a good deal for a 3 day trip to Paris. We were welcomed with plenty of tips and information and really enjoyed our stay. Thanks a lot!

Of course you need to pay quite a bit for parking, but that was OK. Parking was nearby. At night it is busy around the apartment, which shows how people like that area. The windows are great when closed, still it is a little noisy. Might be better on the upper floors.

I liked the location and the staff were friendly. Location was excellent for us as well because we were traveling on the Eurostar and it is a short walk from Gard du Nord

I did find the price to be a bit expensive but we did stay on the night Taylor Swift was in town and a big football match was also happening so price surge was inevitable

Gaultier & Miriam were very efficient and very helpful. Whenever I needed something, be it advice or help to speak on the phone to cab drivers, Gaultier was on it and very willingly so. He’s a great asset! We loved the unintrusive atmosphere and vibe of matissia. Filtered water and umbrellas were provided for our convenience. We never wanted for anything because its location was right by Poissoniere metro and many grocery stores & eating establishments. Coffee capsules were replenished without any need to remind. Penthouse suite was comfy & gorgeous. We could see the tour Eiffel through the skylight! We would return.

Location was excellent - a short walk from the train station and easy to find. Check in and check out was easy and the staff was helpful with restaurant recommendations. Phillipe personally showed us to our room and explained the door codes, how to open the sofa bed, etc. We tried the restaurant recommended to us for lunch, and the food was fabulous! The hotel was near the Metro. The room was clean and in excellent condition. Paris was experiencing an extreme heat wave during our visit, so the air conditioning in our hotel room was so appreciated! All in all, we had a fantastic stay! Would love to stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Paris!

The staff gave us a nice welcome and took care of us with excellent recommendations for the “quartier” and beyond. The apartment has a good space and all the equipment you need. Cooled water - still and sparkling - always available in the hall. The bed and also the sofa-bed are very comfortable. It was hot in Paris and the aircon ensured a cool temperature throughout our stay. Metro Line 7 very close and connections excellent; Gare du Nord and Gare d’Est only one station away. Many places of interest easy to reach within 30 min and less by foot.

The apartment was very funtional for a family of 4. It had everything that we needed. Late Check in was very easy. Next day we had someone at the Reception to help us to get around. Very nice! Location 5 stars. Bed very good! We sleep very well! And even the sofa bed for the kids. Cleaning was 5 stars. Supermarket next door! Many breakfast houses around. We used uber eats for our night meals (to cold in Paris). I strongly recommend Matissia!

Very small things that didn't impact our stay of 3 nights. The table was very heavy. Each time we were having a meal, we had to take the tabe to the living room. The towel heating was not working and it could give some more confort at the bathroom. Ac was not 100% clean and didn't heat more than it was already stablish. But the apartment was with a nice temperature. :)

What can we say - we booked at the last minute while on a cruise and jumped ship at Le Havre, caught a train to have one night in Paris and we're so glad we did. One thing we didn't think of was the ability to communicate as our high school french was woeful but the lovely girl at reception went above and beyond and made sure we understood everything and used a translation device. She made recommendations for good wholesome french food places and hit the nail on the head - the service and food at both places were amazing! The apartment was way more than we expected. We were on the top floor and had an angled window which could be slid open and then we saw it in the distance - The Eiffel Tower - can I say OMG! The facilities in the apartment were so good too with a kitchen ( with induction cooktop ) and coffee pod machine, dishwasher and all the equipment you could need to make a meal or three if you're lucky enough to be staying longer than us. In the bedroom was the biggest bath tub we have ever seen and plenty of hot water as well. Top it off with pink toilet paper and we thought we'd landed in a fantasy land. To the team at Le Matissia we'd like to thank you so much for making our one day/night in Paris a fantastic experience. You truly were the star of our trip! Thank you. Merci beaucoup.
