The location was great: a nice neighborhood, within walking distance from a metro station. There are grocery stores, pharmacies and some restaurants and cafés within a short walking distance as well. The room felt nice, not too big but not too small either, and it was well heated. It was cleaned daily. The bed was excellent in my opinion, though it was a bit too stiff for my spouse. The staff was always lovely and happy to help us with everything we needed. Great value for your money.

The shower was a little bit small, and the water stream was on the weak side - but that was alright. There was no air conditioning in the room, but we didn't need it (we visited at the end of march). There were no appliances in the room (no kettle, no mini fridge). It said so in Booking.com, but in hindsight we would have been glad to have a fridge and a kettle.

The location was ideal - 10 mins from Eurostar, walking distance to sites, super close to Cadet metro and a lovely local Boulangerie for breakfast. Staff were lovely, rooms comfortable and balcony views to park. I’d definitely stay here again.

The location is good, the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the towels were perfect, there’s a hair dryer and wash/shampoo in the room, it was clean and the breakfast was perfect. All you need is a clean place to sleep and shower and we would stay there again.

There wasn’t anything about the property we didn’t like. It was a little difficult to fall asleep due to the street noise, but that’s not the fault of the property. We have a white noise app on our phone and that worked.

The location is very good near Metro, and lots of restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection.

The Shower could be updated as it was very small, and quite shabby.

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The location is pretty good, in a nice neighbourhood, full of restaurants around, as well as metro station. The room has a fair space. There's also a lift available to all floors. Overall, everything was pretty cleaned. In general, good hotel.

It's an old hotel, so, don't expect anything really modern in terms of infrastructure. Everything was very cleaned, but I would just recommend a deep clean in the curtain, as the window needs to be opened in summer, it gets lots of dust from outside. Anyway, I have no complaints in general.

Friendly staff. Reasonable price. Good public transportation options. Not to fancy, but had everything we needed.

Location is close to many things, metro station, airport bus, adjacent to a green community park area, Thanks Anna at receiption, she is very cooperative and nice

Shower cabin could have been bigger for 190 cm person but manageable.

I loved the view overlooking the small park across the street. easy walk to Gare du Nord, and Gare de l'Est about as far away, and in between two metro stops. It met my needs just fine.

wifi was basically unusable in the top floor room.
