The location was great as only 10 mins walk from Gard Du Nord station and easy access to a number of metro lines (5 mins). Room size was good for the three of us. Any more would have been difficult. Breakfast served in the room (order at reception)

Breakfast order was incorrect on the first day (we had the neighbors) and also on the final day was 30 mins late. Front room (with sofa bed) was noisy on certain nights as there is a bar opposite that is open late so hear people talking and shouting until the early hours.

The hotel was in a good location as it was close to the Metro and Gare du Nord. The room had everything we needed and was comfortable.

The room was quite hot at times and we struggled to bring the temperature down via the air handling unit. The Receptionist also had to let you in and out the main doors. At one point I wanted to pop to the shop next door but couldn't as they had popped out so I had to wait for them to return before I could go.

Faultless, Apartment was beautiful a good size and well provided for. Warm and beds extremely comfortable. Standard of Apartment inc fixtures high quality, thick carpets and rainfall shower. All staff extremely friendly, kind and helpful,. The best service and standard of accommodation I've experienced. Recommended you'll not be disappointed. Location very central easy to get to from gare du nord and to all the sites. Even long before we arrived we were updated by email with all the information we would need very efficient and stress free. Superb service

Faultless there's nothing negative I could find.

The location is top, super close to the subway. A neighborhood with everything, supermarket, bakery, cafes and restaurants. It has a lift so carrying luggage makes easy.

My room is small. I understand most hotel rooms in Paris are rather tiny, but I feel like it would be most suitable for 2 people only. If you are out about alot, perhaps it does not matter. I was with my parents who need rest every now and then, we spent a bit more time in the hotel and the space was just enough for 3.

Location was excellent. Close to Gare du Nord station and metro. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Stayed in January when temperatures outside were 0 or less but room was very warm and cosy. Bed was very comfortable and cleaning was excellent. The separate sitting area gave us lots of extra space. Staff were friendly and very helpful when we asked for anything extra. We walked to and from centre of Paris several times, both day and night, and always felt safe.

The only minor downside was the kitchen. We ate in most nights, but hotplate did not work well. There was no drainer for the sink meaning countertop got very wet. Would have liked a teapot or jug for drinks plus larger glasses and mugs for squash/beer as only had very small coffee and wine glasses.

Charming, clean, bright, and spacious (for Europe) hotel close to the Gare du Nord. Big continental breakfast delivered to the room each day, friendly staff, lots of places to eat right nearby (esp Taitu- delicious Ethiopian food). We were spoiled by our suite and by the elevator, both absent from our London hotels.

The ground floor was undergoing construction which oddly happened in the late eve at times. Also there was some (human) street noise but that was part of the neighborhood's festive vibe.

The room was perfect for our stay. We were out most of the day, but the room was spacious enough for the 4 of us when we were there. Breakfast was minimal, but plenty to start the day off with.

The location is a bit distant from the city centre, but it was a lovely walk through different neighbourhoods to get to museums and sights. There was an issue with the dishwasher causing a power failure in the room, but the staff were able to resolve the power issue (not the dishwasher issue) pretty quickly. The room could use more pots, pans, plates, and glasses. We tried to cook a meal in one night and it was very reminiscent of camping... not a lot to work with.

The best apartment we've ever stayed in. It wasn't cheap but it was well worth the money; spotlessly clean, helpful staff on the front desk, sound proof which helped us sleep well, great location for everything we wanted to do in Paris. Air con was great to have as we visited during a heat wave.

No sofa in the apartment, but not a big deal.
